2 Independent Suites Not Interconnected + Heated Salt Pool + Hot Tub

THE SPACE:
The first floor of the house is divided into two separate units or suites. The suites are a studio bedroom & a two bedroom - to offer a combined total of 3 Bedrooms for this listing - which can comfortably accommodate 6 adults plus children (to max of 8 people).
The suites are separate in the sense they are not interconnected. They both have their own private entrance and direct access to the backyard.
Great for friends or two families staying together in one location but in in their own suites. Parking is free with 3 cars dedicated parking spots on the property.

The studio unit has one king bed while the two bedroom unit has one king and one queen bed. All 3 mattresses are high end posturepedic and extremely comfortable. Two sofas (one in each unit) flatten out into double beds. An additional fold up rolling bed is also available should it be required. Please inquire.

Each unit has its own full washroom. Fresh towels and toiletries are provided.
There is an additional 3rd washroom located at pool level for your exclusive use.

Soft water system fitted for the whole house and the two bedroom suite also has a Reverse Osmosis drinking water filtration system.

Both units have a well equipped kitchenette with bbq utensils and pots and pans. Air fryer, slow cooker, rice cooker and instant pot in the larger kitchenette space.

Outdoors we have two gas BBQ’s and gas stove. Great for preparing breakfast or a quick meal. Pots, pans and cooking utensils provided. Enjoy your meal in one of our many dining/seating areas around the property.

Relax and enjoy the beautiful valley and lake views from our large viewing deck that sits at the top end of the property. Stone steps beside the pool lead up to the deck. Dining table seating to enjoy your supper with a glass of wine as you watch the sun set.

Also, the backyard in itself is private, surrounded by mature trees and backing onto a winery/orchard.

We limit the use of the pool/hot tub/backyard facilities when our guests are using it to give them privacy and to enjoy all the amenities exclusively to themselves.
