Our house sits on a 69,696 sq ft lot. The guest suite is three-quarters of the 5,400-square-foot entire house. It has separate entrances, offering complete privacy and security. It includes four lake-view bedrooms, 3.5 restrooms, a family room, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, and laundry. You can also enjoy a 90,000-litre large heated saltwater pool and a 1,900-litre hot tub.
We are at the end of the street. Use the code to open the gate to the private driveway, and drive 300 feet across the driveway to our front yard and parking lot. The front yard has a garden and orchard. At the entrance to the guest room is a private deck and terrace with a barbecue area. Here you can see the sun rising over the hills opposite Lake Okanagan; The bright lights of the city are here at night. Within a 10-minute drive, you can reach downtown, city parks, beaches, boat clubs, movie theaters, several famous wineries, and golf courses.
The saltwater swimming pool opens in April each year depending on weather conditions and closes in October depending on weather conditions. It is heated and maintained at a constant temperature from May to September. The hot tub is open all year round. There are two TV sets and two refrigerators in the hall. The kitchen has a coffee maker, bread maker, kettle, microwave oven, oven, tableware, cooking utensils, and so on. There are 6 queen beds and 2 sofa beds in the bedroom. There are also 3 single folding beds available. Hotel-quality sheets, bath towels, and towels are provided.
The owner lives in another suite on the upper level of the house. This suite has separate access and is completely separate from the guest suite. We need to do maintenance for the whole property and help you when you need it. We won't disturb your stay.
