Welcome to LAVASAN! Kelowna’s most unique vacation rental, with a private vineyard and year-round heated pool.

Nestled in Lakeview Heights, walking distance to some of the most notable wineries in the Okanagan, our private 4 Bed / 3 Bath home complete with a Private Vineyard, Heated Pool, Waterslide, Hot Tub, Movie and Games Rooms, and ample off-street parking, is yours to enjoy all to yourselves.

It seems anywhere you look these days and on every street there is a new house being built or renovated. Here in West Kelowna we are not immune to this phenomenon.

Our next door neighbor has converted their property to several empty lots up for sale.

Currently, as of August 2025, work is complete for all builds along our property line except for one that will be complete by end of September 2025.

Great family vacation

The house was perfect for our family of 6, ages 2 - 73. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. The pool was very warm, we spent most of our days there. The beds were very comfy. Walking distance to many wineries. We would recommend this property for families.

Amazing house, especially with kids!

This house was absolutely perfect for families with kids. The pool and games room kept the kids busy when we had downtime and they slept like rocks from being so exhausted!! The house is so close to all the wineries and only 15 minutes away from most beaches. We would definitely stay here again. It was an amazing week!!

Had a wonderful 4 night stay. The pool and hot tub were well used by all the group. The pool was lovely and warm, which, in our experience, isn’t always the case! 2 of the bedrooms upstairs were smaller in size, but ok for 2 adults, having sound machines in all 4 bedrooms was great, but the lack of lamps on the night stands, was unexpected. Kitchen was well equipped and appliances all newer and worked as expected. Google home was also great to control all the lighting including the patio string lights. Although not a problem for us, the properties overlooking the pool area, are now mostly completed and are 3 stories high and look straight over the pool, so privacy could be an issue for others. Host was extremely responsive even late at night to answer questions. Overall, we would recommend this property and will definitely rebook on our next trip to Kelowna.

Great place for families!

My husband and I and our 2 kids aged 15 and 13yrs plus grandparents and sister enjoyed our recent week long stay at this house! Our son was playing in a hockey tournament at MNP Arena and this location was a breeze. Traffic was never an issue and all the wineries / restaurants within walking distance were great! The property is lovely - it was fun watching the deer graze and the decks and lighting outside are wonderful! The heated pool was a highlight as was the hot tub! Parking was easy and plentiful. The house had all the amenities we needed and then some - the games room is fabulous! Lots of seating / room for everyone. Communication with Pooyan was easy. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to have a girls weekend

This property was clean, and perfectly located. I hosted a girls weekend for my sister’s 40th and it did not disappoint. The furniture was comfortable, well stocked and thoughtfully curated. They had sound machines in the room for peaceful slumber, lots of towels for pool and hot tub and a well stocked kitchen to prepare meals. Great location - right in the middle of some of the best wineries in West Kelowna. Pool was perfect temperature. We were able to swim in it in April. The games room added so much fun one evening. Communication with owner was great. Highly recommended.

This house only sleeps 8

Property was great, and we enjoyed our stay. We had to scramble to find bedding and places to sleep for 3 in our party as it was listed to sleep 12. Three of our party of 11 had pretty uncomfortable sleeps. There is no pull out couch on this property and only 4 beds. If there are more than 8 of you, be aware.

Listing clearly states our property has 3 queen beds and 1 king bed and that it sleeps 8 adults and 4 kids. VRBO unfortunately clumps those together and makes people think it sleeps 12 adults. Next time please read listing carefully. No where in our listing does it say pullout bed or couch other than the four listed. Also, guests left the place a mess, resulting in extra cleaning costs for us, and eventhough they signed and agreed to our cleaning protocols which state that we do not charge a cleaning fee upfront but ask that you follow some simple cleaning tasks, such as put sheets/towels in provided hampers instead of throwing them on shower floor. As well as put garbage in giant red trailer visible by satellite instead of in the wrong place resulting in cleaners having to fish garbage out and charging us extra. Then, when requested to pay the cleaning fee they signed and agreed to as a result of their own negligence, they refuse and make baseless claims and accusations. Our property is one of the highest rated in all Kelowna on competitor platform.

Fantastic house, however does NOT sleep 12

We stayed here for a bachelorette and the house was perfection. Pool and slide were awesome, kitchen was well stocked with what we needed for cooking, and having an outdoor fridge was great. One thing to note for future guests is to pay attention to the number of beds in the house description! There are four beds that we were able to comfortably sleep 9 ladies in. (3 in the king bed). Any more than that and it would have been very uncomfortable or we would have needed to sleep on couches. Overall wonderful experience, just note it does NOT sleep 12.

PROS1) Plenty of space.2) Friendly and communicative host.3) Luxurious to have a private pool, hot tub and waterslide.4) Generally neutral decor.5) Wonderful to have a games room for our kid. 6) The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels.7) Nice open view across the vine fields and a glimpse of the lake.CONS:1) The listing didn't specify that the owner lives in the house, in a separate unit. There's always a feeling of less privacy when the owner is so close, even though they have their own entrance and are not seen or heard. 2) It's a "smart home" which is always a headache. Hard to figure out the controls, you always have Google listening for possible commands, the temperature was auto-lowered to 19 degrees the first night etc. 3) There was no advance mention of the "macerating toilet" on the lower floor where the king bedroom is located. Every time you flush it makes a terrible loud noise that will wake up your partner if you go to the washroom in the middle of the night. And not only that, it will start "macerating" loudly even if you're just showering or running water in the sink. 4) The cleanliness was okay, but not great. There was swimwear left by the poolside, hairs in the hot tub, and dust bunnies here and there inside. 5) There are notes everywhere telling you what to do or not to do, and you get a multi-page "house guide" with rules. 6) There was still occasional construction noise from a new complex right next door.

Hi Peter. Thank you for staying with us and your feedback. A few clarifications to some of your comments. 1. While the owner does have a private suite on the property, they were not onsite during your stay, so your claim is false. 2. The instructions on how to use the Google home were in the multi-page guide you are complaining about. 3. As was the macerating toilet. Next time, please read the documentation you are provided in advance. 4. We will address the small cleanliness issues, but glad to hear no complaints about the kitchen, bedrooms, living room or bathrooms, and the hot tub is serviced weekly and was serviced the day of your arrival. 5. The notes and labels everywhere are to help you. 6. The construction next-door is clearly listed on our listing, again please make sure you read listings and guides in advance prior to your arrival on properties. And finally, some feedback for you, we got complaints from our neighbours of people in the house constantly fighting and shouting, as they could hear it.
