This luxurious retreat offers direct beach access via a sandy footpath through coastal shrubs, connecting you to kilometres of white sand beaches. Masterfully designed by renowned Sydney architect Michael Suttor and newly rebuilt in 2024, this spectacular property showcases elegant finishes featuring natural elements including wood, limestone, linen, sisal and sandstone throughout. Aquarium boasts expansive open-plan living spaces and spacious outdoor decks. The property's signature feature—a visually spectacular glass-sided swimming pool with viewing windows into the lower levels of the house—allows for underwater viewing of swimmers, complemented by a covered cabana with seating for hot days. The third-floor viewing platform with seating looks out at the ocean, perfect for sunset drinks.
Located in the town of Pottsville, you'll discover great restaurants, nature reserves, a Sunday market and extreme natural beauty. Just a minute's walk up the beach lies the mouth of Mooball Creek, a coastal estuary with crystal blue waters and a sandy bank perfect for fishing and family swimming, given the protection from beach waves and tides. Only 7km along the shoreline is the surfing mecca of Cabarita Beach, with easy drives to Byron Bay, Brunswick Heads, Kingscliff and Burleigh Heads—close enough for lunch or dinner yet far enough away to escape the crowds.
