A perfect spot for a Sanibel getaway!

Comfortable, clean, and just a short walk to the beach. Loved the screened porch and easy access to shops and restaurants. Everything made our stay stress-free and relaxing.

We had a fun stay!

We had such a great time at Signal Inn Unit with our kids and dog. The space was roomy enough for all of us, and it was easy to walk out to the beach. In the evenings, we'd watch the sunset over the water. It felt relaxed, simple, and just right for our family.

They stay was great. Just maybe recommend spraying or fogging the no seaums as we got tore up by them. Other than that it was a great stay.

Unit 19 Needs Improvement

Hello! Signal Inn grounds and staff are still performing well even after 20+ years of visiting there. We really enjoy spending our vacations on Sanibel Island. My rating reflects the five cockroaches we killed one night in front bedroom and upstairs bath. We sprayed Raid the next day throughout the unit. We recommend the owners seal the gaps along the baseboards (and there are many!), notably by the front door and upstairs bath. That should help. Thank you!

The indoor living furniture was very uncomfortable. The home had outdoor wicker furniture being used as indoor. We had to use a lounge chair for extra seating. All honestly, it was more comfortable then what was provided.

this home is wonderful! Huge and comfortable with a wonderful boardwalk to the beach. There were beach chairs, umbrella's and a hose available to wash off the sand and chairs. We will certainly stay here again. The staff was welcoming and available. We had a great experience at our happy place: Sanilbel Island!
