~~Check-in time is 4 PM, early check-in is only possible after the unit is ready for you.

~~You will find wristbands for the pool and parking passes on the kitchen counter. The wristbands are reusable, they must be left in the unit after each departure, there will be a $40 charge for each lost wristband.

~~No Pets allowed, guests will be asked to leave without refund and will be charged a cleaning mitigation.

~~Guest can park under the building or in the 3-story parking across the street with covered skybridge. The parking pass is required to be placed on the mirror.

~~One parking pass provided. $50 per an additional parking pass. If more parking passes are needed, please let me know. Motorcycles and trailers are welcome.

For your ultimate enjoyment, this vacation retreat is limited to 8 occupants, including children.

***SAFETY & SECURITY***

This property features a ring camera device with an exterior security camera facing the front outdoor entry. The camera does not look into any interior spaces. The camera actively records video when motion is detected by device and protects you 24 hours a day. No interior cameras at this property.” Any tempering or destroying video devices will result in immediate evection. Photos of the device location are available in the description photos.

***ADDITIONAL INFORMATION***

→Check-in time 4 PM, check out 10 AM. There will be a $50 charge for every 30 minutes of late check out unless arranged with the host.

→Starter kit of supplies: coffee starter, 4-6 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, 2-4 dishwasher packs, dish soap, hand soap, 3 laundry pods, TRAVEL SIZE lotion, shampoo, & conditioner, 2-3 kitchen trash can bags, and 2 trash can bags for the rest of the trash cans in the condo.

→PLEASE NOTE: we do not provide refills for the "Starter Kit of Supplies" neither the "Coffee Starter" during your stay.

→WE DO NOT PROVIDE BEACH TOWELS, please bring your own. Bath towels or blankets cannot be removed from the home at any time.

→ A lot of times we have no ability to wash decorative quilts or pillows in the home and they will be removed when necessary.
