We have initiated a new cleaning protocol to not only clean & sanitize our property but also DISINFECT, inside and outside. Kindly remember to wash your hands frequently, practice physical distancing and wear a face covering when physical distancing is a challenge. We will do our best to provide hand sanitizer for your convenience.**

Our water is from a well. It’s tested and safe to drink/use but we have also provided an 18ltr water dispenser. Please bring what you expect to use during your stay. There will be some water on the dispenser when you arrive. Kindly pay it forward to the next guest by ensuring it's not left empty.

No pets

We prefer to have families only. 4 Adults and 2 children (15 and younger) max. Please request approval otherwise.

Please provide names of all guests for insurance purposes. If anyone is found not registered, this will lead to an eviction of all guests.

We do not supply sheets/pillowcases or towels. If you’re travelling via plane, we can provide these items for an additional fee.

If we find that sheets were not used, there will be an additional fee deducted from the damage deposit.

Pillows, Toilet paper, handsoap/dishsoap are provided.

We are on septic so please only flush toilet paper. No feminine products please.

We have a TV but it’s not a smart tv (Smart TV coming summer 2020) and there’s no cable or satellite from November to May Long Weekend.

We DO have unlimited internet.

Please note to open blinds, simply and gently push up and they will stay where you leave them. Same to close.

Motorized and non-motorized watercraft are not for guest use. Please feel free to bring your own boat/canoe/kayak/seadoo etc. There is a boat launch 5 minutes north at the Oliphant Marina. Don’t forget your lifejackets.
