Thank you so much for your review. Some notes in response to your observations. We have a sign in the upstairs rooms that clearly says to use the bottom of the two outlets for devices that need to remain on all night. The top outlets are linked to the switches as they are designed for floor lamps. Both top and bottom work when the lights are on and the bottom only work when lights are off. We texted your party 3 times during your stay asking if you have any questions and if your stay is going well. We would have reiterated this but we did not get any feedback on this point during your stay. We have received a couple of reviews now asking to have the railing for the basement attached. We will be addressing this and uploading new pictures to our listing showing that the basement walkway has a railing. We appreciate this feedback. We have had many guests across various platforms and never had anyone mention the basement is "Damp". Nevertheless we will invest in a de-humidfier as we know some guests can be very particular about little things. I'm not sure where we mentioned we would provide plastic cups and plates for toddlers. I admit we do not have them but I'm confused as to where we gave our potential guests the idea that this amenity would be provided? This is the same as mentioning that I also don't have a tennis court. I hope you see my logic here. Regardless, we will consider purchasing some items to help close this gap. The same applies for matches in the house. We have 2 BBQ lighters in the third drawer in the kitchen. Not sure why those wouldn't suffice. Lastly, we were VERY clear about sheets and hot tub use from the get go. It is written in our listing and mentioned again in our electronics house guide. Im not sure why your "general" feeling on this nuance is included in this very specific instance/review given that we were crystal clear about this. I realize this is your expectation across all listings on VRBO however this is our policy here at DreamCatcher and we were honest and straight forward about it when you booked. All in all, I am still grateful for your feedback. There were some key points in your review that we will expedite so we can improve our guest experience. It is our utmost priority. Thank you.
