Boasting an incredible location minutes from the airport and all the city's top attractions, our residence offers the ultimate home base for your Texas getaway.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by bright, airy living spaces adorned with tasteful decor and modern furnishings. After a day of sightseeing, kick back and relax in the plush living room, enjoying your favorite shows on the large flat-screen TV. The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, fully equipped with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances and ample counter space for whipping up delectable meals. Gather around the dining table for lively dinner conversations, or take the party outside to the private backyard oasis. Three tastefully decorated bedrooms ensure a peaceful slumber for up to 6 guests, with the option to accommodate 2 more using the folding beds.

Here, you'll find a sparkling pool, perfect for cooling off on hot summer days. Fire up the BBQ grill and cook up a Texas-sized feast as the kids splash around. As evening falls, cozy up beside the crackling fire pit, roasting s'mores under the star-studded sky. But the fun doesn't stop there! Our home features an incredible game room, complete with a pool table, arcade games, and more—perfect for endless entertainment without ever leaving the house.

Located near San Antonio's top attractions like the Fiesta Texas, River Walk, The Alamo, and premier shopping and dining, you'll be just minutes from it all. Experience authentic Tex-Mex flavors, explore the city's rich history and culture, and create cherished memories. I can assure you will love it!

Notes:
- House is 100% non-smoking.
- Parties are NOT allowed! Sound sensors which are used to detect the intensity of sound, are installed in this home to prevent unauthorized events.
- Please, no loud music after 22:00.
- Highchair and Pack n Play are available upon request.
- We ARE pet friendly for up to two pets, but we need to know if you will be traveling with furry companions. We charge a $50 flat cleaning fee for the stay, to account for the additional time necessary to clean in these cases.
- There is a dummy camera in the front of the house.
- House's garage was converted into the gameroom. There are plenty of games and a big fan to keep it cool.

- Pool is not heated.
- Pool will be closed due to winter from November 15th until Feb 1st.
- Pool is 4.5 feet deep.
- Hot-tub is in the same temperature as the pool and cannot be adjusted.

- During your stay, I can connect you with recommended high-quality professionals who provide in-home treatments such as massages, facial treatments or private dining with a private chef. Feel free to ask me about it.

• Check in is at 3pm. No keys are required.
• Checkout is at 10am. No keys are required.
- Early check in & Late check-out might be possible for an additional fee (Please ask for an approval first)

I will be more then happy to assist with any issue. I live 15 minutes away and will gladly help with any need. While you are here, the house is yours to enjoy and interaction with me is up to you! You can use the keypad entry to access the home and I will send you the access code upon arrival.
