Welcome to your San Antonio getaway — a spacious 1,800 sq ft home with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and room for up to 10 guests. With a private hot tub, pool table and backyard made for relaxing together, there’s plenty of space for families and groups to enjoy. Located just minutes from Six Flags Fiesta Texas, La Cantera and The RIM, it’s a great home base for exploring northwest San Antonio.

**HOT TUB & BACKYARD**
Step outside to your private backyard and unwind in the hot tub after a day exploring San Antonio. Relax under the covered patio, fire up the BBQ or challenge the family to a game of cornhole.
The hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival. You’re welcome to turn it on when you check in; please allow a few hours for it to reach your preferred temperature.

**POOL TABLE & ENTERTAINMENT**
Stay entertained at home with a pool table and comfortable indoor spaces for the group to spend time together. Smart TVs with Netflix and cable are available in key rooms along with fast Wi-Fi throughout the home.

**SLEEPING & COMFORT**
The home accommodates up to 10 guests with the following sleeping arrangements:
• Primary bedroom — King bed
• Bedroom 2 — Queen bed
• Bedroom 3 — Two Twin bunk beds
• Bedroom 4 — Twin trundle bed with pull-out Twin
You’ll also have high ceilings, skylights and plenty of natural light throughout the home. A washer and dryer are available along with a fully equipped kitchen with cookware, utensils and a drip coffee maker. A high chair and Pack ’n Play are available upon request.

**LOCATION**
The home is conveniently located in northwest San Antonio just minutes from Six Flags Fiesta Texas, The Shops at La Cantera and The RIM.
You’ll have plenty of restaurants, shopping and entertainment nearby with easy access to Topgolf, UTSA, USAA and major highways for exploring the rest of San Antonio.

**PARKING & ACCESS**
You’ll have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas, including the backyard, covered patio, private hot tub and BBQ area.
The garage is also available for guest use and parking with additional parking available at the property.

**A FEW THINGS TO KNOW**
• This is a 100% non-smoking home.
• High chair and Pack ’n Play are available upon request.
• Parties and unauthorized events are not permitted. Sound-monitoring devices are installed to help prevent excessive noise. Please keep outdoor noise and music to a minimum after 10 PM.
• The hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival. You’re welcome to turn it on when you check in; please allow a few hours for it to reach your preferred temperature.
• Pets are welcome — up to 2 per stay. Please let me know in advance if you’re bringing a pet. A $60 flat pet cleaning fee applies.
• Check-in: 3 PM
• Check-out: 10 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee with advance approval.
