The management Brook and Shorey was amazing to work with. They actually contacted us, because construction was happening at the original rental and gave us a choice of 4 other properties (different locations) because of that. At no up-charge! We actually were able to upgrade. They are amazing!

Great view

We loved being able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view. It rained a large portion of our stay, so we storm watched, played games and ate some of our meals out there. It was a super short walk to the beach, so in the moments it was not raining, it was an easy walk out. Would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely Wonderful!

The condo was perfect for our family.... very clean, well-stocked and roomy. The balcony is perfect and the location was just right for us, being on the quieter, less developed end of the beach. The condo has really cool artwork and felt so comfortable... and the beach was incredible with its sugary, fine white sand and crystal clear blue green water. We loved every moment we were here and hope to come back soon - when we do, we'll definitely stay here again! Thank you so much!

Excellent Condo, unappealing building!

The condo itself was wonderful and the ocean view was phenomenal! The building, elevator and outside areas need lots of work! There are several areas that made me feel as though one may be mugged just going to the condo! I am well aware that the fabulous ocean destroys buildings but updates are past due!

May getaway trip with friends

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was okay. The bathrooms need some updating and the beds need to be updated. The condo was clean and had a great view. The pool is in an awkward location, so we did not use it but did utilize the beach service. There was a little inconvenience with the hall bathroom where maintenance had to fix the leaking toilet, but they came right away. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
