Guest Access:
A unique access code will be given to guests prior to check in. You are welcome to enjoy the entire house and property for the duration of your stay, with the exception of the garage and a couple of closets. Once registered as a visitor of the community, you will be able to enter the community; however, for access to community amenities, you will need to purchase amenity passes. Please inquire for more information.

The Neighborhood:
You’ll be staying in a private community in Long Pond, PA, nestled in the Pocono Mountains. Here you will have access to lakes, hiking trails, and community amenities like pools, lake beaches, and tennis, pickleball, basketball courts, kid's playgrounds, and kayak rentals Just a short drive from major ski resorts and local attractions, conveniently located near all the essentials ensuring everything is at your fingertips.

Getting Around:
Public transportation is limited, therefore we recommend having a car for easy navigation. During the winter months, we recommend driving cars with 4-wheel drive.

Other Things to Note:
» Amenities passes available for purchase online or at the pools:
» 1-Day - $20,per person, 2-Days -$25 pp, 3-Days - $30pp, 4-Days - $35pp, 5-Days $40pp, 6-Days - $45pp, Kids under 2yo - free
» No towels are provided at the pools and beaches
» Firewood is not provided
» Max occupancy is 15 guests (extra charge $50/night,pp for more than 12 guests)
» No unauthorized guests, visitors, cars - $100 fine per person and per car
» ID may be requested for last-minute bookings
» Guests must fill out our guest form (for community registration), no less than 24h prior check-in
» If the community registration form is not completed 1 day before check-in, you will not be able to enter the community, and your reservation will be canceled without a refund. Form must be completed 1 day or earlier to avoid the $100 late registration fee.
» PARKING allowed only in driveway - $500 fine if not
» Guests are responsible for any community violations (speeding, noise, etc)
» Pets will be allowed on a case-by-case basis - only 1 small, non-shedding dog at a time, pet fee applies.
» Unannounced pets are subject to $500 fine
» Hot Tub must be left in the same condition found.
» Add 2 tsps. of Clorox Sanitizer in the tub after each use & start the jets
» Area around the hot tub may be slippery, please use caution
» Please cover the patio set & lounge chairs & grill when not in use
» Please sort and store trash properly
» Don’t leave food or trash exposed outdoors
» Please don’t leave firepit & grill unattended
