The first floor features a fully equipped kitchen, living room, full bathroom, and two bedrooms with queen beds. There are two entrances to the home (front and side). This level also provides direct access to the porch with beautiful lake views.Basement: The basement is fully furnished and features heated floors throughout. Enjoy a private indoor sauna with a full bathroom, a seating area outside the sauna, comfortable sofas, a projector with sound system for movie nights, a dining area, and a laundry room.
Second Floor: The second floor includes three bedrooms: Primary bedroom with a king bed and a private balcony overlooking the lake One bedroom with two queen beds One bedroom with a queen bed Full bathroom with a bathtub
Third Floor The third floor offers one additional bedroom with two queen beds.
Outdoor Space Outside, you’ll find a firepit, kayaks, and a private entrance to the lake just a few steps away.

House Rules & Important Notes
☀ No smoking inside the premises.

☀ No events, parties, or large gatherings.
☀ No fireworks permitted on the property.
☀ No moving furniture (indoor/outdoor) and place boats/kayaks back to their designated places after use.


RIGHT OF ENTRY
Guests acknowledge, understand, and agree that the Property Owner, Property Manager, Hosts, Maintenance, and other staff reserve the right to enter property at any time to investigate disturbances, check occupancy, check damages, make repairs, alterations, and improvements, as deemed necessary.


ACCESS
You acknowledge that your reservation does not confer exclusive possession or exclusive access. We retain the right to access and enter at any time as needed, however, we will attempt to notify you before entering the house as a courtesy to you except in the event of an emergency. If called upon, law enforcement will be granted immediate access.


WIFI
While we make best efforts to provide interruption-free, high-quality Internet access, we assume no liability in the event that Internet access becomes unavailable. Guests are prohibited from using WiFi for any illegal activity, including, but not limited to, violating the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. The Company assumes no liability for Guest use of the Internet.


NO SAFETY PERSONNEL - YOU ARE AT YOUR OWN RISK
There is no safety personnel available at any time for anything. Guest use of any amenities is at their own risk. No exceptions. The Guest understands that sometimes amenities or services can be closed or out of service, or otherwise cannot be used for any reason, and that no refunds will be made.


DAMAGES AND THEFT
Guests are responsible for any harm or theft occurring at the Property during their stay, whether caused by themselves, their visitors, or other individuals present. This encompasses damage to rooms, fixtures, furnishings, and amenities like towels, electronics, and kitchenware.

PESTS/BUGS
Should the Company find that you have introduced any pest infestation onto the Property, it retains the right to levy charges for all associated costs and expenses. These may include urgent response needs and the loss revenue, as deemed necessary by the Company to resolve the infestation.


MAINTENANCE
In the event of equipment breakdown, guests are required to promptly inform hosts for necessary repairs. Please note that there is no assurance regarding utilities like heat, air conditioning, electricity, water, appliances, entertainment systems, gas utilities, etc. No reimbursements or compensations will be provided for any failures in these amenities. If a repair technician is called due to a unit malfunction caused by guest oversight, neglect, or misuse, guests agree to cover the repair costs.


INTERNET & ELECTRICITY OUTAGE NOTICE
Our property is nestled in the mountains, which means while the views are stunning and the air is fresh, occasional interruptions to electricity or internet service can occur due to weather or utility maintenance. These outages are rare but outside of our control. We make every effort to ensure reliable service, but please be prepared for the possibility of temporary disruptions. No refunds or discounts will be issued for outages.

NOISE
Guests agree to follow quiet hours (10 pm to 9 am) and that there are fees for noise disruptions, with possible removal from the property.

Guests agree that they will not disturb any guests or surrounding neighbors. Guests agree to refrain from making loud noises and excessive television and/or radio volume that may disturb others. Parties, events, and other gatherings are prohibited.

NON-SMOKING POLICY
ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS! Smoking is strictly prohibited in home. Guests agree to pay a fine for odor removal if smoking occurs in the house, or if cigarette butts are found on the premises. Please be aware that any smoking in these areas will result in an additional fees for extensive cleaning and odor removal. We will incur a $499 fine for breaking this house rule along with any deep cleaning or rush fees required to fulfill before the next guest’s booking.

ALCOHOL/DRUGS POLICY
No consumption of alcoholic beverages is permitted by individuals under the legal age of twenty-one (21). Guests acknowledge that if they or anyone under the legal age is arrested for underage drinking on rental properties or observed consuming alcoholic beverages, their stay may be terminated, and Guests evicted without any refund or rebate. Illegal drug use is strictly prohibited for all individuals.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY
No events, including weddings, are permitted on the premises. The occupancy limits are determined by fire code regulations, fire safety guidelines, and local statutes or ordinances. Guests are obligated to adhere to these maximum occupancy limits. All guests must be listed on the reservation, including children aged one year and older, who are considered occupants.


NO FIREWORKS
Fireworks are strictly prohibited on the property. Guests who violate this policy will be subject to a $1,000 fine.

ITEMS LEFT BEHIND
Please ensure that you pack and take all of your belongings home with you. Guests are solely responsible for any items left behind. You assume all liability for lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged belongings, including those left after your departure time. Should you discover any forgotten items, please promptly notify us, who will make efforts to retrieve them for you, although retrieval cannot be guaranteed. If items are located, you will be responsible for any shipping and handling charges incurred for their return.

SERVICE ANIMALS
Service animals are welcome with the following Service Animal Policy: Service animals with a history of violent or aggressive behavior towards individuals or other pets will not be accommodated. Your service animal must comply with all licensing and vaccination requirements mandated by the state and local jurisdiction where you permanently reside. Upon request, you must provide copies of your service animal’s current licensing and vaccination records. Please note that "licensed" and "licensing" here refers solely to the basic registration of animal ownership, not to any certification of your animal as a service animal. Your service animal must never be left unattended. Guests will make advanced notice that they will be bringing a service animal as part of your reservation and confirm your compliance with all service animal-related regulations specified on the Booking Channel. If the service animal causes any additional required cleaning or time to clean, the guest will be charged accordingly.


LITTERING
No littering, including cigarette butts. Remove all fishing waste.


INSECTS
Insects are a natural part of the lake environment and, on occasion, may find their way indoors. This is to be expected and is outside of our control. As such, it will not be grounds for refunds or cancellations.

WILDLIFE
The lake is home to waterfowl such as ducks, geese, and swans, as well as other wildlife like deer.While their visits can be delightful, they may also leave droppings on the property. This is a natural occurrence and also outside of our control. Refunds or cancellations will not be issued for this reason. Please watch your step while walking around the property.

PROPERTY PHOTOS AND UPDATES
We strive to keep our listing photos as accurate and up-to-date as possible.
Occasionally, items may need to be replaced or updated with comparable alternatives. Any such changes are of equal quality and will not be grounds for refunds or cancellations.
