Apartment is superb property, offers spacious and comfortable accommodation. What unique about this apartment is the breathtaking sea view from the living room opens onto the terrace. Sleep 4-6 persons. It has 2bedrooms and double sized sofa bed in the living room. One bedroom is ensuite, whilst the other has easy access to a large bathroom with shower and bath. There is also a separate cloakroom. The open plan kitchen,
dining room is complemented by the comfortable living space. Panoramic views of the sea are provided all year round through the large patio doors. The apartment is light and cool for the summer but becomes a cosy space for the winter with the wood burning stove. The beach is just in front of your apartment. Nearby is a supermarket, numerous restaurants, and a medical clinic. Well known golf courses and tennis club, gym are also near.

Amazing views

Stayed at 2 bedroom apartment 3 times now everything is always good Masako is so easy to deal with & on hand if you need anything. Views are amazing. No car needed if you don't feel like driving as 5 minute walk down hill to bars & restaurants.

A large apartment with a beautiful sea view. It suited our family well. We used the charcoal grill and enjoyed the sunsets on the patio. The local beach was covered with seaweed and stairs a bit rickety. We enjoyed the proximity to local shops and the main square. Only disappointment was the little things….had to provide coffee filters, spices, toilet paper. I love staying at VRBO places that go this extra step as when travelling from over seas for a short term stay. I don’t want to have to shop for the basics and buy 100 coffee filters or a package of dishwasher soap.

Absolutely amazing!

This was by far the most amazing place I have stayed in. It was everything we expected and more! Would recommend to anyone staying in the Algarve and hope to be back in the future for a longer stay next time.

Amazing, just perfect

This villa with its fantastic balcony was great. It was very clean and had all the amenities you need. The location was close to a local beach and 10 mins to the town. The host Masako was a pleasure to deal with and was prompt to deal with any issues we D during our stay. Thoroughly recommended

The apartment location is perfect. Close to the main beach area but far enough away that it is quiet and peaceful. View is beautiful. It is very spacious and airy. Masako was very helpful and easy to contact. The bed in the master was not very comfortable and the shower in the master could use refreshing. The air conditioning works very well and was nice to have.

A pleasant stay

We enjoyed our stay here during our 3 day visit to Carvoeiro. The property is well located just outside town and has a lovely view of the ocean. Masako was excellent to communicate with and the unit was clean. We did hear noise from guests in the apartment above which was a little annoying, but didn't overly impact our enjoyment of the property. With a little freshening up (eg. replacement of kitchen chair pads and newer bedding/towels) I would have given Masako's property 5 stars.

The apartment is really beautiful. It is spacious, clean and equipped with everything you need. We particularly enjoyed having breakfast on the huge terrace with a view of the deep blue sea. This was also possible in the shade thanks to the parasol and awning. The whole apartment feels very open and is also very bright thanks to the huge window front facing the sea. Although it was hot outside, the temperatures inside were quite pleasant. For us, it was enough to air the apartment in the morning and evening, but there would also have been air conditioning in all the rooms. The roller blind in the children's bedroom is semi-transparent so that you can enjoy the sea view even when the room is dark. It didn't bother our children that it wasn't completely dark. The parents' bed was too soft for our taste, but still comfortable. We also loved the three bathrooms.The location was perfect for us. The beautiful beach and the center of Carvoeiro are within walking distance and there are numerous restaurants in the surrounding area. At the same time, it was so quiet that we could easily sleep with the window open.

In love with Carvoeiro!

This apartment was exactly as advertised! Easy parking and access to the unit from the street. The terrace was lovely day and night. The owner was so communicative and even stopped by to meet us and make sure everything was ok. There are good restaurants and bars right across the street so you don't have to go down the hill for dinner. The main part of town and beach are close but definitely a climb home! If I had one critique..the mattress was not the most comfortable. But we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Carvoeiro rental

Beautiful, clean apt with excellent views of ocean just as listing pictures showed. Very convenient location. Easy walk down to the beach with many restaurants and shops. Walk back up to apt a little more challenging but the views make it worth it. Also the location of apt made it very easy to relax as it was very quiet. Communication with Masako and Paula was so easy and they were quick to respond. Masako was very helpful with an unexpected dilema we had. Enjoyed our chat with Paula. Again thank you Masako and Paula for making our stay a wonderful one. Highly recommend this rental.

WOW !!

Followed the directions, which brought us to a small door in the wall, opening this led us down a few stairs into a small courtyard where we were met by the owner. Up to now, there was nothing to get excited about, that was until she ushered us in through the entrance hall and into the kitchen. They say first impressions count, and we were speechless. The decor was top notch, with granite worktops in the modern kitchen, glass topped table in the dining area and on into the spacious lounge and that view......... Both bedrooms are spacious with fitted robes and the bathrooms very well equipped. There has been a lot of time and effort spent renovating this apartment with, it would appear, little conern about the cost. We could sense the pride the owner has as she gave us the guided tour. We spent many a peaceful hour sitting on the terrace looking at the view, enjoying a drink and even firing up the BBQ several times for some grilled fish. The location is perfect, slightly detached from the town, but still only a 5 minute walk to the centre and a vast selection of restaurants and bars.. For us golfers, there are 2 excellent courses about 10 mins drive away and plenty of others a little further afield.

Einfach nur schön! Tolle, großzügige, saubere und gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit wunderschönem Meerblick. Die Wohnung liegt nur wenige Minuten vom Strand und dem kleinen Zentrum entfernt. Netter Kontakt und einfacher Check-In über eine Schlüsselbox. Uns hat es super gefallen, immer wieder gerne!

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit in Carvoeiro. Die Vermieterin war nett und immer erreichbar. Die Wohnung isr grosszügig geschnitten und komfortable. Zum Einkaufen ist ein Auto nötig. Man kann auf dem Balkon herrlich grillen und dank Schatten auch draußen frühstücken.

Phantastische Lage

Die Unterkunft ist super gelegen, die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr schön ausgestattet. Die Terrasse war verschmutzt (Bauarbeiten?), der Innenbereich aber sehr sauber.Einziges Manko: Alltagsgegenstände wie Geschirrspültabs,, Seifenspender, Essig und Öl, Salz und Pfeffer mussten wir selbst besorgen. Da wir mit dem Flugzeug angereist waren hatten wir nichts dabei. Bei der Abreise haben wir diese Dinge sowie einen Sonnenschirm zurück gelassen. Diese hilft hoffentlich den nächsten Gästen. Zudem waren nur 6 Messer, Löffel und Gabeln vor Ort, sodass die Spülmaschine unnötig oft lief. Hier gibt es Einsparpotential. Insgesamt aber eine herrliche Unterkunft mit kurzem Weg zu Strand und Dorfmitte. Das Black & White Festival war das Highlight am letzten Abend!

Traumappartement

Es waren sehr schöne 2 Wochen.Die Wohnung liegt fantastisch , ist sehr groß und auf dem ersten Blick sehr gut eingerichtet.Leider ist einiges aber auch schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen.Die Spülmaschine leckt ein wenig, der Gefrierschrank geht nicht richtig zu und ist deswegen komplett vereist und die Badewanne ( Abfluss) leckt ebenfalls.Aber dss sind alles nur Kleinigkeiten.Masako ist supernett und hilfsbereit.Sie kam sofort mit einem Handwerker, um ein Defekt in der Küche zu beheben. Der Ausblick von der Riesenterrasse ist unglaublich und das Rastaurant Monte de mar , genau gegenüber, ist ausgesprochen zu empfehlen!!! Da wir den Strand in Carvoeiro nicht so toll fanden( zuviele Treppen) fuhren wir immer zum Traumstrand Praia Grande in Péra. Alles zusammengenommen, Danke für den schönen Urlaub

Highly recommendable accommodation

Perfect location on a quiet street, less than 10 minutes walk to the centre of Carvoeiro. Large terrace with dining table and sun loungers incl. parasol and awning; beautiful view of the sea. The flat is very spacious and excellently equipped. Sufficient parking and shopping facilities are also available. Communication with the landlady was also excellent. We would come back at any time!

Wunderschönes Appartement in toller Lage

Das Appartement ist sehr komfortabel und top ausgestattet! Die Lage ist perfekt, in 10 Minuten unten im Ort und am Strand, in unmittelbarer Nähe 2 sehr gute Restaurants und eine kleiner Supermarkt. Masako antwortet sehr schnell auf Anfragen und war beim Check-in ausgesprochen nett. Wir sind äußerst zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder!
