The Space:

This stylish and spacious home is in Windsor Island Resort, a beautiful gated community with a 24-hour front desk and security, and situated around a large, tranquil lake with a variety of on-site amenities. The clubhouse features a resort-style pool, fitness center, sports courts, kid’s splash park, playground, and more! Windsor Island is also near all the major attractions like Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and Legoland. Plus, conveniently near several shopping centers, outlet malls, restaurants, and golf.

This modern 4,025 sq ft home features:

- Wide open and airy LIVING SPACE with lots of natural light and plenty of room for the vacation crew. Find stylish and comfortable sofa seating, and a wall-mounted Smart TV for relaxing downtime moments. You’ll have direct access via sliding glass doors to the covered lanai and pool area.

- The enclosed back lanai features a SWIMMING POOL with overflow SPA, sun loungers and a covered outdoor dining area. Skip the parks one day and enjoy a pool day at home! (*During chilly months, the pool can be heated for a fee. There’s a gas BBQ grill out there also available with a rental fee. Inquire at booking if interested in these.)

- A beautiful FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN with granite countertops and quality appliances to prepare meals at home. There’s a center island/breakfast bar and 4 plush bar stools for enjoying a quick stack or maybe to work on your laptop if needed.

Guest Access:
You’ll have full, exclusive access to the home during your stay and shared access to all the on-site resort amenities.

The Neighborhood:
The Windsor Island Resort is centrally located near all the theme parks (Disney is about 10 miles away!), a variety of good restaurants, shopping, outlet malls, and world-class golf. There will hardly be a lack of things to do because you’ll have a plethora of family-fun activities and amenities at Windsor Island’s clubhouse like its fabulous pool area.

Getting Around:
The nearest airport to the property inside Windsor Island Resort Community is the Orlando International Airport (MCO), which is approximately 29 miles away. The other airport is Tampa International Airport (TPA), which is approximately 70 miles away.

Other Things to Note:
The private pool at the home can be heated for $50 USD/day and needs to be purchased for the total length of the stay and requested at least 2 days before arrival.

The BBQ grill rental fee is $95 USD per stay. Please note that there is no gas included. You can bring the empty tank and fill it up at a gas station, Walmart or Home Depot in the area. Please make sure to bring the empty tank so that you only pay for the gas and not for a new tank. The BBQ rental must also requested at least 2 days prior to your arrival.

If renting the BBQ for a month, the monthly rental is $200 USD, including a full tank on delivery.

Please note that under no circumstances may the grill be used inside the screened-in pool area. It can only be used outside. A penalty of $200 USD will be charged if a rented BBQ grill is used inside the screened-in area.

Note: Florida law does not allow opened food to be kept in the kitchen or refrigerator, so all food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore there will be no supply of items, such as condiments, coffee grounds, etc., before check-in.

We provide some essentials like soap, toilet paper, and some paper towels. These items are not replenished during your stay. If you need more and for anything else you may need, remember to pack it or pick it up when you arrive.

Daily house cleaning is not available however, if you would like a mid-stay cleaning, one can be arranged for a fee. Please let us know in advance.

Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation or upon arrival.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

Security cameras are used on the exterior of the property for guest safety and security reasons only.

We kindly ask all guests to abide by these HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years old or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 USD penalty.
- No parties, events, or illegal activities are permitted, and excessive noise is not tolerated, especially after 11 p.m., to respect the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay when identity verification is necessary.
- No pets are allowed.

Interaction with Guests:
It’s self-check-in using a code. All the access codes will be provided to you before your arrival.
