Do NOT stay here.

This was one of the worst stays I have ever had in Florida. I get a VRBO every year in April and this has been the worst one.The pool was broken the whole time and owner is too cheap to fix it. The terms and conditions states that as long as they have someone there to look at the problem within 24hrs they will not give you any money back. The only issue with this is we had someone at our house 7 of the 10 days we were there. Not once were the issues ever fixed. The workers actually said they know how to fix it but won’t because the owner won’t pay him to fix it. The owners are never there according to the workers.You can’t lock the back door, it has a piece of wood that looks like a broom stick to keep it shut.We showed up to this 15 person home with 2 pool chairs.The pool felt like a hot tub in the middle of Florida in 30 weather. Which is certainly not relaxing after a long day in the heat to not be able to cool off. This was NEVER fixed. Host will not give any money back as he won’t even pay to fix the pool itself. I had to fight to get a pool net put in the pool area, this is the first ever house I’ve stayed in that did not have a pool net when the pool was disgusting after the 3rd day. The response from the host when the pool wasn’t working was to go to the clubhouse pool. Pay all this money for a private pool to just go to the clubhouse.The host also started ignoring us. I could write much more but there is a limit on this review. Thanks!

Disappointed

The house had enough rooms for everyone but it needs some TLC. The carpet was very dirty and needs to be replaced. The walls need to be painted. The shower curtains were filthy. (I purchased new liners.) The shower heads need to be replaced or thoroughly cleaned. The floor tiles were not the same color. The furniture (living room, esp the love seat and mattress in owner’s suite) need to be replaced. The pool needs to be cleaned and serviced. The garage floor slopes (could not play pool because all of the balls rolled to one side of the table.). With some upgrades, this would be a good rental property.

Overall enjoyed our stay

Overall a good place to stay for a family trip. My biggest critique would be the hosts are not super responsive with questions and I do wish there were some supplies on site for guests such as extra TP and cleaning supplies (and maybe some extra towels incase some folks use two). Some of the light fixtures did not work as well. However the pool heating worked well. There was a ton of space for 8 of us. Close to Disney Parks and easy to get to/from the airport. Also able to get deliveries for food/groceries/etc which was great

Not what it seems

The pictures look wonderful. We paid for the pool and after 3 days it never got warm and the owner didn't want to reimburse money. The owner is very rude. She came to the property twice unannounced and started walking around the house going in occupied rooms. The day of check out she was there at 9am asking us to leave. Everyone kept their cool nothing was said to her. To this day we still do not understand why she was so rude.

Nice but Short on Supplies

We have stayed at this house through a different broker services but decided to give VRBO a test. We were already familiar with the house but my one recommendation is to go buy toilet paper and garbage bags on your first day. The small trash cans in the kitchen overflow easily and the house has no trash bags. There was no extra toilet paper as well. Minor items until you need them.

STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Beware of this property. Very dated property with broken furniture, no batteries in the smoke detector, pool alarm not working, broken picture frames, stained carpet and tables, broken game tables, pool table is missing pockets and replaced with the bottom of a Clorox bottle, beer caps and medicine tablets left, dust and dirt from eye level and up, and filth. This place needs a deep deep deep cleaning.

Volleyball Trip

Our volleyball team stayed at this vacation home with enough room and amenities to fit our needs. Lots of beds and bathrooms for a group of 12 people. We could prepare our daily meals in a comfortable setting. The pool was a bonus for the kids

Graduation Family Vacation

My family of 13 and myself recently stayed at this property and had a wonderful time. The property is a little dated but has all the amenities desired for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect and the resort was clean and full of extra family fun activities. We would definitely stay here again!

Great for families

This house was good for large gatherings. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. We enjoyed our stay, close to Disney and many restaurant options. I think the house could use a deep cleaning and the property some general maintenance.

The communication with the Host was very good. On our first morning there we discovered that the coffee maker was not working and when we called the number provided a replacement was brought out to us within an hour. The house itself was very nice and comfortable for our very large group. A+++

The house did not look like the pictures the game room is horrible not safe and the air didn't work

I was not satisfied with it and hope not to rent this house again the air didn't work upstairs and my family was hot and upset. They had fans already in the closets so they knew about the air already.

Holiday Magic.

The house worked out perfectly for my family celebration. Lots of shopping and dining around the area. 15 min to all parks with traffic. The location was ideal. Management service was pleasant to work with. Next Family Disney trip we will be returning to rent this property again.

Could have been better

When I first arrived, there were so many flies in front of the property. When I looked towards the garbage containers, I could tell that was the issue. I called and let them know, and they advised me they would have someone move them, which never happened. Our check-in was at 5 pm, and the housekeeping woman was still on the premises. There were many flies inside the house and even the patio as I inspected the outside pool area. There was a damaged mesh in two locations; one spot was temporarily fixed with tape. I could see how the flies were getting inside. We did not enjoy outside because of the flies. The garage where the Gameroom was not cleaned because on the pool table was two marijuana cigarettes left on the pool table. The previous guest must have been smoking inside the property. I let the property manager know of the issue. She stated she sent someone to move the garbages, but it didn't make much of a difference with all the flies. She also offered to have someone clean the pool table area, and I declined as I did not want the other guest's privacy invaded, and definitely if we were not at the house at the time. Overall the house was pretty big. It just needs some updated furniture and ensuring it's properly cleaned.
