From the expansive deck, overlook cliffs that lead to the forest and ocean beyond. Take in these views from most of the rooms in this almost 6000 sqft executive home. This home includes 3 separate living/family rooms with large picture windows that let in brilliant sunshine. Relax in the outdoor hot tub while you listen to the waves or just enjoy the peace and tranquility that the 3-acre grounds offer.

This home is located just minutes away from Matheson Lake, East Sooke Regional Park, and the Galloping Goose Trail, with the town of Sooke a 25-minute drive away and the capital city of Victoria just an hour. The Swartz Bay Ferry Terminal and Victoria Airport are also about an hour away.
