Because this beach house sits a half mile off Highway 98, there is little traffic to fuss with being on a short, dead-end street. It is located directly on the Bay Beach Bicycle Trail, with over 2 miles of conservation beach to serve as your private buffer from the noise and crowds.

This is a ground floor unit that is fully self contained. It has two bedrooms, living/dining/kitchen area, and full bathroom. As a convenience to pet owners, this pet friendly unit has a small fenced area in the backyard. There is also access to a shared hot tub, fire pit, grilling area, and fish cleaning station for added outdoor entertainment.

A secluded beach is within view, and a short walk of roughly 200 feet to private access. A pet-friendly beach makes it an ideal spot for families with children. Protected by the Cape San Blas peninsula, the gulf is calmer, with gentle waves rolling onshore. Its location allows privacy, with the closest public beach access a quarter mile away, so it is sometimes possible to be alone on the beach. When not playing on the beach, Windmark Towncenter is within a short 10 minute walk, offering pizza, ice cream, spa treatments, live music, restaurants, and shops.
