Leon, being close to town is one of the things we like most about this spot too, you can run in for barbecue or a winery stop and still be back on the porch before sunset. Glad the house worked as a getaway for you. Next time you're down, give yourself a morning at the resort pool before you head out, it's quiet early and most folks haven't found it yet. Stacey, that backyard is the reason we bought the place, so hearing it was the fun part of your stay lands well with us. Clean is non negotiable for us, and quick answers when you message should be too, glad both held up. Next time you are out this way, come during the week and take the resort trails early in the morning before the heat sets in, then bring the yard games back out after supper when it cools off. Fun retreat for Chick weekend

Gaggle of women rendezvoused for some fun, connection and good times. House and property were pristine; like new. House is on a fairly busy corner which was noisy in the backyard. Property is too far to walk to Main Street. Would recommend to other groups like ours.

Debbie, a gaggle of women cutting loose in the Hill Country is exactly what this house is built for. Glad the place felt fresh and well kept for your group. You are right that the corner location brings more road noise into the backyard than we would like, and we have added exterior sound buffering along that side of the fence line to help. The walkability to Main Street is a real trade-off for the space and privacy a property this size gives a group. Next time you come through, the back porch evenings are worth planning around!
