This enchanting 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom retreat invites families and couples alike to immerse themselves in a world of luxury, adventure, and cherished moments. Please note, at this lowered rate, The 2 bedrooms on the main floor will be for your usage, whilst the three bedrooms downstairs will be locked off during your stay.

Situated in the North of the island, Cap Estate provides easy access to various amenities, including beaches, the Rodney Bay Marina, restaurants, and shopping malls. Additionally, the villa's proximity to the newly built Cabot Saint Lucia and Sandals Golf Courses ensures convenient access to premier golfing experiences. Sports enthusiasts will appreciate the short drive to the Daren Sammy Cricket Grounds.

*This villa has 5 bedrooms and this is the 2-bedroom rate. The 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the main floor will be rented, while the 3 downstairs bedrooms will be locked off for the duration of the client’s stay. (The clients will still have full exclusive usage of the full property).*



Staff Included: 

* Housekeeper/cook - 3 days per week 9am - 3pm

* Additional days of housekeeping & cook service can be booked at US $50.00 per day.

* Laundry & Pre-stocking service for a small extra fee. 

* The gardener/maintenance person takes care of the grounds and keeps the pool area clean.
