We really enjoyed our stay! St. Augustine is such a quaint, charming historic town, and the condo was in a great location. It was clean, comfortable, nicely furnished, and well stocked with all the essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and shampoo.The beds were comfortable, and having a private bathroom for each bedroom was a real plus. The half bath downstairs was especially convenient, saving trips up and down the stairs. We also loved the beautiful ocean view!Overall, a lovely condo and a great place to stay while exploring St. Augustine. We would happily stay here again!

Excellent view of the ocean and pool area. Clean rooms and comfortable beds ( minus the pillows ). Really loved how the guest room was set up with bunk beds and a full bed. This made traveling with teenagers so easy! No one had to argue about sleeping on a pull out bed!Walkable to restaurants, shops and the beach and an easy drive to the historic district.

Beach Getaway

We really enjoyed our visit to the condo at Pier Point 36. The location of the condo was perfect. Short walk to the pool, ocean, and lots of local restaurants. Will definitely come back!

Perfect family Fun

Pierpoint 36 was the perfect spot for our families end of summer vacation. The last week of August into the 1st of September we had the most perfect weather and the Pier Point South complex was immaculately clean. The unit accommodations were perfect for our family of four, allowing everyone to have space to stretch out and relax and rejuvenate .The kitchen was perfectly stocked to host dinner for our local family as well. Days spent in the pool and on the beach will be forever family memories. We can't wait to come back to pierpoint South and unit 36.

We loved our stay here! The heated pool, ocean views, extra parking spot and general location to attractions were all enjoyed perks. Note that this property does have a lot of stairs both within the unit and to get to the entrance, which could be difficult for those with mobility issues. Overall a wonderful stay, will absolutely book again, thank you for having us :)

We have stayed in many VRBO's on St. Augustine Beach. This unit has the best view of the ocean out of all the ones we have stayed at. Beautiful sunrises and the moon over the ocean at night was so pretty.
