Sea Oats condos, located in the heart of St. Augustine Beach, offers everything you need for your Saint Augustine getaway. The condo is fully equipped with a well stocked kitchen, large bedrooms, 2-bathrooms, dining space and a patio overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
This extremely small condo community is home to only a dozen units, so it will be quiet and private as well.

Nearby, you will find outstanding dining options, excellent shopping, easy access to Old Saint Augustine, and much more. Just around the corner is the Saint Augustine Ampitheater, home to world-class musical acts and a wonderful Saturday Market every week that plays host to dozens of local farms, craft vendors, bakeries, and also has live music. The Saint Augustine Lighthouse is also nearby. Come see the 150 year-old working lighthouse and feel free to scale the stairs to the top!
Just down the road, about 45-minutes is Daytona Beach, where you can walk the shore and see the sights, or catch a racer at Daytona International Speedway. Another 90-minutes gets you to Orlando and all of the available theme parks.
North about an hour is Jacksonville, home of the Jaguars NFL football team, The Jumbo Shrimp minor-league baseball team, world class theater productions, and every Fall, The worlds Largest Cocktail of Florida Football Rivalry weekend.

This property had the most wonderful views, good communication, very clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay! Would recommend for a great stay!

The two main bedrooms had bed bugs and the first night my daughter had bites all over her body. The manager did take care of it as soon as possible and I appreciated that. But I had to leave four hours while the condo was being treated. I was given a small credit for the inconvenience but not equal to the 25% I requested. And the manager never got back to me after I made the request. The condo is equipped with everything you might need. The downside is you have to have a car as nothing is within walking distance.

Quick beach trip

Condo was in a great location, near plenty of places of interest. Beach view was spectacular with easy access. We had everything we needed for a great long weekend away.

Great location

Beach is steps away. Beach stores were close to rent surf board and wet suit, restaurants and ice cream and short drive to downtow . Would definitely would stay again

Fantastic Beachfront!

Great check-in staff, went WAY out of their way to make sure our stay was excellent. Wonderful food nearby, stunning beaches, fun community. Plenty to do, not enough time :) The condo was immaculate, ocean front...awesome!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The stay was amazing! We absolutely loved the rental and the staff was very responsive, helpful, kind, and professional. I have utilized other rental companies, but will use Mr. Kelley for all future vacation reservations. The rental was clean, beautiful, and the view was amazing. The location was perfect for site seeing and visiting all the attractions. The rental price was very reasonable, and I promise you will not find better accommodations or a staff that works hard to make your vacation enjoyable. I can’t express how pleased, impressed, and grateful we were to work with this amazing company.

A Beautiful Trip

This condo has the best ocean view of any we’ve ever stayed in! The beach was uncrowded and pristine. The area is peaceful and quiet and we had a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation. We enjoyed the condo and shared a few chuckles over its retro feel. Our only complaints are with the property manager. He didn’t provide check in info until I had to ask for it-twice. Also, upon arrival, our keys were unavailable and I had to call him and sit and wait in the parking lot until he came.

Unsafe & Unclean- Not Suitable for Families

I do not recommend this property, especially for families. From the moment we arrived, it was clear the unit had not been properly cleaned — there was dust and dirt everywhere, and every single dish in the kitchen was dirty. A broken picture frame was left with sharp glass exposed, adding to the overall sense of neglect.The beds were not the sizes advertised, which made sleeping arrangements difficult. Even worse, the windows facing the street had fallen out of their frames, completely exposing the room to public view — totally unacceptable. I was traveling with a child, and the third-floor balcony door had a handwritten note saying "Do not lock," which is an obvious safety hazard.This property felt unsafe, poorly maintained, and misleading based on the listing. I reached out to the host but didn’t get any meaningful response. Definitely think twice before booking.

Jordyn, while I appreciate your concern, we did address every issue while you were there. We also compensated you fairly for the troubles, which you were apparently not as grateful for as you seemed. There are no safety issues in the condo at this time.
