Four large bedrooms, plus fifth bedroom studio on application – this home is spread out across two levels. Upstairs level consists of open plan lounge, living and kitchen, office and large expansive covered deck with the most amazing scenic ocean views.

Lower ground floor level has the entrance lounge room, master bedroom and ensuite, outdoor entertaining deck overlooking the expansive grass and pool area, front sun baking deck and a pavilion that runs along the garden with guests' bedrooms and bathrooms.

Fifth Guest Room Includes – King bed, lounge, TV, dining area – all in one large studio space, plus kitchenette and ensuite.
This is separate from the main house at the front of the block.

Note - the fireplace is not usable. We’d like to clarify that while a fireplace is present at the property, it is not included as part of the guest stay and is not for guest use. This is noted in the property description to ensure transparency and avoid any confusion.

Airport: Sunshine Coast Airport - this is the closest airport to Noosa, located half an hour's drive south in Maroochydore. Most airlines fly direct from Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne to the Sunshine Coast multiple times a day.
