First, a vehicle legally parked outside the home in a public area is not grounds for towing. We cannot request removal of a vehicle simply because it appears unfamiliar. Law enforcement confirmed there was no safety concern or violation, which is why no action was taken. This matter was not a management failure but a situation outside of our authority. Regarding the shower, we acknowledge the report and agree this should have been addressed more quickly. However, this does not justify the broader claims made about management’s conduct. As for the blanket, the signed rental agreement clearly states that forgotten items are not the responsibility of the owner, management, or cleaning staff and may be discarded. Despite this policy, we made an exception purely as a courtesy by locating the item, coordinating with our cleaners, and arranging shipment. This process is not part of our standard operations and was done in good faith. The blanket was, in fact, shipped, and tracking information was provided to you. Publicly accusing us of negligence or wrongdoing while disregarding the terms of the agreement you signed is unfair and misleading.
