Das Festival Resort bietet den Downtown Festival-Bereich, der aus einem Gemischtwarenladen, einer Eisdiele, einer Spielhalle, einer Bar & Grill im Florida-Stil, einem Fitnesscenter, einem beheizten Pool im Resort-Stil, privaten Cabanas, einem Kinderwasserpark, einem Beachvolleyballplatz und einem Putt besteht Golfplatz.
Mit einer idealen Lage am Ronald Reagan Parkway und Champions Gate Blvd. Es hat direkten Zugang zum I4. Die Gäste können die Nähe zu allen Attraktionen-Parks nutzen: Disney World, Universal, Legoland, Sea World, Bush Gardens und alle Restaurants, Einkaufszentren und bekannten Golfplätze.

Das Erdgeschoss ist hell und geräumig und besteht aus einer modernen Küche mit Küchenzeile, einem Wohn- und Essbereich, der zur privaten Veranda führt, sowie einem Schlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett und einem eigenen Bad. Alle Räume sind rustikal und erfrischend eingerichtet Elemente. Die Waschküche befindet sich in der Nähe der Küche, das halbe Badezimmer befindet sich ebenfalls auf dieser Etage.
In der oberen Etage können sich die Gäste in den anderen vier entweder rustikal oder thematisch eingerichteten Suiten und Zimmern entspannen. Es gibt ein rustikales Hauptschlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett sowie ein Babybett und ein eigenes Bad, ein geräumiges Schlafzimmer mit einem Queen-Size-Bett und einem eigenen Bad sowie zwei Kinder-Themenzimmer: Ein Schlafzimmer ist für Hexen und Zauberer mit einem Over-Full-Etagenbetten und ein eigenes Bad. Das andere ist ein altmodisches Cartoon-Schlafzimmer mit zwei Twin-Over-Twin-Etagenbetten. Auf dem Flur befindet sich ein Badezimmer mit Doppelwaschbecken und Badewanne, das von den letzten beiden Schlafzimmern gemeinsam genutzt werden kann.

I booked this house to host my birthday party and it was great we had plenty of space and parking the house was clean and spacious the pool area was great and we had no problems at all communication was great and they reach out everyday we were there to see if we needed anything that was great to will definitely book again for our events

Quiet stay, close to everything

We loved the neighborhood and the area. Easy access to I-4. The house was perfect. We loved our personal pool with the kid gate for safety and the outside bathroom. The development pool had a great play area for younger kids that was perfect. Would definitely stay here again!

Great vacation home!

Except for a pool issue, everything else about the house was great! It was clean and easily accessible. Only 1 bath towel per guest( we were there for 13 days) however, there was a washer and dryer in the house so we were able to do laundry anytime! Having access to the resort amenities including the pool and mini golf was great. I would definitely stay there again and would also recommend it to anyone wanting to visit the area.

Excellent Value

As long-time veterans (17 years) of renting homes in Davenport for short vacations, this is the first time we have rented a townhouse. We consider this particular experience an especially outstanding value all around. Highly recommended vacation home and managers.

Stay away Roaches own this house

This was the worst place I have ever stayed , I don’t have roaches in my own house . My kids didn’t have any TV the entire time they were there . The pictures are all lies . These people are not the most accommodating people I know . We checked in and was ready to check out in 15 minutes . For your safety and comfort please do not stay here . Totally disappointed in ever way possible .

I am sorry about this review, because this is not true, we clean and sanitize our homes regularly before and after each checkin. The homes are also treated with pest control frequently and the unit is well managed. Guests before you never had a roach issue. Have a blessed day.

The amenities were not as described. The arcade, ice cream parlor and restaurant were all closed. Our amenity card was missing upon check in and took 24 hours to be delivered. The most upsetting of all were the cockroaches. We must have killed at least 5 each day. It was disgusting

Horrible communication

Nice property but not good maintenance and cleaning we bought our own supplies to clean the first day. No Wi-Fi and calls and emails went unanswered to fix this issue. Accused of staining towels that were already stained then charged for the towels.

Thank you for your feedback, however we do not give our guests stained towels. About the wifi, the provider is aware of the situation in this resort and is working on resolving it. In the mean time, we have hotspots offered at this property by the owner.

The condo was nice, looked like the photos, clean, and it was in a good location (took us about 30-45 minutes to get to the theme parks because of traffic). However, be prepared to bring everything you may need. The knifes need replace in the kitchen, you will not get wash rags or clothes for the kitchen or bathroom. There was no soap for dishes or the washing machine. No seasoning (not even salt and pepper), the pool was a little dirty (wine corks from the guest before). You get one trash bag, one tp roll for each bathroom, etc. The kids complained that there was only one bedroom with a tv and the bunk bed rooms were not it! BUT we voted we would all stay here again.

House was just like the pictures, besides the colors of the flowers in the vases.

Our experience was easy and great. The key card wasn’t at the property when we arrived but contacted wonder vacations and they got it to us. You do need to bring everything as stated, the only thing I would say is maybe replace the silverware some was getting rusty looking or spotty. I would rent through them again.

Clean and quiet

The house was clean upon arrival. The location was exactly the correct distance from all attentions. The only issues were the lack of communication because the WiFi never worked and the pool was not heated even though I paid a fee for that. Even after sending multiple messages no one could seem to help me and kept blaming the connection on my end. But overall the property was fine.

Communication with the property was awful. We had several issues upon arrival. Was scheduled for a 2pm check in. Arrived at 2:30 and still had not received the information to enter the property. Attempted several times to reach someone with no answer. It wasn’t until an hour + later that I finally received the information via message. Wonder vacation homes assured me that the pool and amenities were open on multiple occasions when in fact they were not open!! I had contacted them about a leak that was streaming into the kitchen light, when I informed them about the leak they said they would send someone out....this never happened! As far a cleanliness it wasn’t horrible. I don’t believe it was cleaned properly as I found rotten food underneath the couch. I can say I would not recommend this property based off communication alone! Absolutely horrible, there is no respect for their guests at all

Found a winner!

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at this townhome. One of the adults wasn't able to climb the stairs but it worked out great having bathrooms downstairs. The whole family enjoyed the private pool as well. The kitchen was beautiful, but the pots and pans need replacing. The first morning it was difficult cooking breakfast due to everything sticking to the pans. We ended up purchasing an electric skillet for the rest of our stay. The townhome was close proximity to many of the destinations that we visited and it was always easy to get back "home" at the end of the night. There was plenty of space for our group of 8. We would definitely like to stay here again post Covid times so that we can experience the other amenities in this subdivision.

Family stay

Stayed here with 5 adults on a family vacation. House had lots of space available and had modern decor. There was a few small maintenance issues on arrival that we brought to the management company's attention. We did not pay to heat the small pool in the backyard but it was still warm enough for us to enjoy. We also spent a lot of time at the large resort pool, which unfortunately is not heated, but it is a lovely area to sit out in the sun. We also made use of the fitness center, mini golf and volleyball courts. There is a lot of construction in this area, which was not bothersome to us. This resort was conveniently located close to I-4.

Very clean property

La casa está muy limpia y cómoda, también son nuevo todos los muebles, todos los cuartos tienen sus baño privado. Menos uno que está en el pasillo. El lugar es muy tranquilo

Excellent property, highly recommended!

My family and I had a wonderful experience at this property. The communication with the company was fantastic and the property was absolutely immaculate. The beds were super comfortable, and there was plenty of space for my whole family. Highly recommended.
