WELCOME!! to our 2 bedroom townhouse in the upmarket area of Roslyn.

We are situated in a fantastic central location, just off Highgate.
Close to town, Boarding schools, Mercy Hospital, and Moana pool.
Roslyn village is a short walk along Highgate, here you will find; Coffee Culture, Luna bar and Restaurant, various takeaways, florist, chemist, fresh choice supermarket.
Along the other end of Highgate is Balmac No7, Copper bar, fish n Chips and chinese takeaways, plus a dairy.

The space
Our townhouse is quiet and very safe it has everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay.
The unit comfortably Sleeps 4, (2 super comfy Queen beds) with a new Ecosa, sofa bed as an optional extra if required.
The base price is for 2 people sharing a queen bed. If 3 guests require a bed each , we charge extra for the linen charges.

Full kitchen and laundry and off street parking in the garage on the street. We have a Smart TV and unlimited Wifi, for those who wish to stay in and relax.
Enjoy a morning coffee or late afternoon wine in the sun on the deck.

Other things to note
*****We use this unit with our family often, so PLEASE RESPECT our place.****

Please NO SMOKING inside.

Please put recycling in the bins out the back door. Glass in the small blue bin, other recycling in the yellow lidded bin. General rubbish in the bin by the fridge, or red lidded bin out the back door.
Extra guests will be charged for.

We are located on a reasonably steep street but hey it is Dunedin! We do have a security camera outdoors, for the safety of our flat and guests. It also provides lighting upon entry at night.
