Situated in well sought after suburb of Roslyn, our accommodation is a walkable distance to the Roslyn hub where there is a supermarket and multiple shops and eateries. Reasonably handy also to Moana Pool.
You'll have access to the entire space. A locked door at the bottom of the stairs provides privacy to the separate unit below.
1 car park is available in a garage at the top of the property, and there is typically additional parking available on the street, across the road.
There are about 10 steps from the garage area to the front door. Once inside, there are three bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and the main kitchen and dining areas all on the same level.
