Enter a living room with comfortable seating--a nice space for conversation and relaxation. Fireplace is decorative (not for tenant use). The living room opens to the dining area and kitchen beyond. Access the screen porch via a slider in the dining area. The kitchen has an electric range, refrigerator, dishwasher and drip coffeemaker.

Down the hall from the kitchen is a den with a queen sleeper sofa and flat screen television. Sleep sofa folds out for additional sleep space. There is also a bedroom with queen bed and a bathroom with tub/shower on this floor.

Stairs at the front of the house lead to the second floor with the home's other two bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed and flat screen TV and the other bedroom has a queen bed, a twin bed and a flat screen TV. There is also a bathroom with tub/shower on this floor.

Air conditioning: The home has five ductless split units, one in the main living room, one in the den and one in each of the three bedrooms.

All TVs are smart TVs. Cable channels via YouTube TV provided, stream additional content with your own accounts.

Enjoy the lovely screen porch with seating and ceiling fan--the perfect spot for morning coffee, evening cocktails and relaxation through out the day--not to mention a cozy refuge from the bugs.

Washer/dryer in the unfinished basement. Garage not for tenant use.

The house on a spacious lot, set back from the road. Backyard with gas grill, picnic table, corn hole and fire pit.--don't forget your marshmallows for roasting!

Wellfleet history buffs will note the straight, raised ground behind the house offering a wooded backdrop. This was once part of the route of the Old Colony Railroad Line that provided passenger service from Boston to Provincetown. The tracks were removed in the 1930s.

Across the street from the Wellfleet Public Library, this property is only a three-minute walk into town for restaurants, galleries, shops, ice cream, the weekly Farmers Market and more. Only 0.9 mi to Mayo Beach and the Town Pier. Short drive to Wellfleet other bay and ocean beaches and wonderful freshwater ponds. Short drive to the Cape Cod Rail Trail for biking and walking and the Cape Cod National Seashore's beaches, trails and sites. Venture into Truro for more galleries, shopping restaurants and tours of Truro Vineyards and the Highland Lighthouse. Only a 20-minute drive into Provincetown for even more fun.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
