SPACIOUS 4-BEDROOM BEACH HOME IN LAS CONCHAS

This beautifully decorated 4-bedroom, 3-bath home offers a true coastal experience, capturing the relaxing spirit of the Sea of Cortez just moments away. Thoughtfully designed with beach-inspired décor, it’s perfect for families or groups seeking space, comfort, and ocean charm.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS The master bedroom features a king-size bed and a private bath with both a shower and tub for added relaxation. The second bedroom includes a bunk bed with a queen on the bottom and twin on the top, along with its own private bathroom with a shower only. The third and fourth bedrooms each offer queen-size beds and share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom for added convenience.

LIVING SPACE With spacious living areas and a layout designed for comfort and privacy, this home provides a relaxing environment for laid-back beach vacations in the peaceful Las Conchas community.

POLICIES Pets are welcome with prior approval. A pet fee of 75 dollars per pet applies.

Amazing

I honk this house was our absolute favorite. We have stayed in quite a few houses in las concha’s but this was by far our favorite. Will definitely recommend to others. The kids loved the beach themed walls and the pictures don’t do it justice. It is so much more beautiful in person and just steps away from the beach. We hope to return next vacation.

Birthday Vacation

Cozy home we all enjoyed it, great commutation with management. We did run out of water but not once did we fell like management wasn’t helpful, they were on top of it. Location was not too far from the Malecon. Really enjoyed the view to the beach and to top it off it was only a few steps away. Overall great experience we will definitely recommend and rent again.

Vacation Stay

Everything was lovely regarding our stay - except the house wasn’t clean upon arrival (sheets with stains, hair on pillows etc) and the AC was locked at 82 degrees. Everything else was a dream - parking on site was good, early check in process was awesome, and the beach was to die for.

Had a family emergency before I even got into Mexico, contacted the agency & they would not allow me to cancel & qualify for any type of refund, even a partial refund or anything. They were supposed to contact the owner or allow me to contact the owner. But no one ever got back with me.
