Very nice condo. A bit dated, but still quite nice. Could use another coffee pot. There were only 4 or 5, but no keurig. Most who travel nowadays use the k-cups. Views were outstanding,that’s why we come to the beach.

The condo was fine and area very clean.The beach view was excellent. The only complaint is that the HOA of these units does not allow personal tents. You have to pay for the umbrella’s and chairs which is not a cheap extra expense. The condo’s next door allows tents but you are not allowed to set yours up there even though it’s maybe 10 feet away. Our understanding was that the umbrella and chairs were provided for these condo’s which there were two chairs in closet that we could have used without any shade. We rented three separate condo’s in this unit and with four small children we had to rent the chairs and umbrella’s. We probably will not stay in these condo’s our next trip( which we come once a year) due to this reason.

Review of Our Stay in DestinOverall, our stay was below expectations. Upon arrival, we were a little early after picking up groceries and were pleased to learn that the unit was already ready several hours before the official check‑in time. Unfortunately, we were not allowed to check in due to policy, which was disappointing given that the room was clearly available.Another major issue was the lack of internet service. We were without internet for the first four days of our seven‑day stay. We called multiple times and were told each time that the issue would be taken care of, but it wasn’t resolved until the fifth day.When we finally entered the condo, it was not cleaned to the standard we expected. We ended up doing some cleaning ourselves just to feel comfortable starting our stay.Having stayed in several other condos in the same area, this was unfortunately the least favorable experience. For the price we paid, we expected a much better overall experience. At best, this stay was average, and we would likely choose another property in the future.

Kitchen was not stocked at all. No working coffee maker, we had to purchase one. Issues with lights in spare room and nobody showed up to fix. The furniture is so dirty we didn't even want to sit on it. The entire place needs a scrub down. The worst was we requested a late check out on 1/29/26 and they charged me and said no problem. Than I made a complaint about the lights on the 2nd day of our vacation they then told us we couldn't have the late check out because the next guess were arriving early. That is dirty! Our party was not happy. This place should not even be on the Vrbo website. So disappointed! This is the first time we have had such a bad experience with Vrbo. Someone needs to make some changes

Beach view is wonderful! Cleanliness is not that great. Dusty on some furnitures. No one reported about the dryer making an awful noise. I had to find the right time to dry clothes. I didn’t want the guests next door to complain about the noise. Not enough silverware to use. I literally washed them by hands, so we would have clean ones for the next meal. No crab crackers, so we did not cook crabs as we normally would. I would give this place 3 stars.
This table is so rusty and old. I should have brought a table cover, so we can enjoy our morning coffee without looking at this ugly table.

Absolutely LoVed this property!

Very family oriented. Very friendly. Staff were accommodating. And being able to text management with any issues while going about our day, so that we were able to get resolved immediately without having to pause our vacation was handy! People around the pool have been going there for 30 years! I will be renting two units next time for me and my family and my girlfriend and hers. We left the husbands at home this Spring Break. They definitely missed out!

The condo was clean with mostly everything it needed in the kitchen. The patio furniture could be rusted, we were not able to use the table due to paint chipping off. I think they may need to add a dehumidifier-we had the fire alarm chipping at as during the night. Not sure if it was to humid in the condo but after e turned in the bathroom fans it stopped. We would definitely come bank and stay! Great experience for our first time in Destin!!

Dirty room needed maintenance work

Backdoor doesn't shut and lock. All kinds of wall marks, floor and a/c intake were dirty. Lights in kitchen switch dangerous. Had to jiggle it to come on. Wallpaper torn in several places. Bathroom had no light in shower to to see to bath. Music played from other apartments late. Security came to our door to tell us not to put our towels on the rail. It was on the back of chair , he couldn't tell from ground. Won't go back there ..

Great view and location. Very clean and comfortable. A few things that would improve the experience would be a K cup coffee maker and an ice maker. A few extra blankets would have been great. Overall an enjoyable stay :)

The unit matched the online pictures. The unit was very clean and we received prompt assistance from the onsite management in regarding to resetting the in-room safe. We have no issues to address and would stay there again.

beautiful inside and out, great beach access

fast and easy check in, spacious and had everything we needed for our 3 day visit. decent onsite gym, pool and direct beach access. Staff gave some great recommendations on places to eat. We would definitely stay again.
