Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the house, fenced yard and pool. PLEASE NOTE: The garage is locked and not available for guests use.

Strictly no "Schoolies" or similar parties. Please do not enquire.



This is a very quiet community, please be respectful of our lovely neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm.



The pool is serviced regularly. It is a condition on booking to allow access so we can keep up to date with the servicing.



Pet friendly for 1-2 small/medium dogs only. Please reach out to us for pre-approval before booking (You will need to bring bedding and bowls) Strictly no dogs on furniture or bedding and please DO NOT use our washing machine to launder your pets bedding.
