Welcome to Villa Ola! By the Sea Vacation Villas is pleased to exclusively represent this bright and airy vacation rental to the luxury market! Villa Ola is situated a mere 3 blocks from a spectacular beach in picturesque Deerfield Beach, Florida. Villa Ola features Two (2) Spacious Bedrooms with Two and One Half (2.5) Bathrooms. Upon entering Villa Bella, you are greeted by an open foyer entry and a 1/2 bath. The main floor features an open living area with vaulted ceilings and an abundance of windows to light up the room. The tasteful furnishings features two full-size sofas and an oversized ottomans , Two accent chairs, a work desk with lamp, a Flat Screen TV, and a full-size Patio Terrace overlooking a green Florida landscape.
The Second Level of the villa features a spectacular open loft style floor plan that is ideal for entertaining and spending time with family and friends. The fully equipped kitchen is furnished with white cabinetry, quartz countertops, stainless appliances. The formal dining area accommodates Six (6). Complete with views of the downstairs living area.
The Third Level of the villa features the spacious and private Master Suite Bedroom, which feels like a private retreat in and of itself. The master suite bedroom is equipped with a King Size Bed, Two (2) Nightstands, Full-Size six drawer dresser, Flat screen TV and In addition, the master suite bedroom features a private balcony terrace. The spacious Master Suite Bathroom is furnished with new dual sink vanities, chrome hardware, beautiful mirrors, and a large Tub/shower combo. The third level also features Bedroom Two (1 king bed) two night tables, mirrored double set of closets, Flat Screen TV and an en-suite, full size, bathroom with a custom walk-in shower and large single vanity. Level two also features a full-size laundry facility with washer + dryer. The private patio is equipped with a propane BBQ grill as well as a private patio sofa set. The community pool is just a short walk. We have pack and play travel cribs, high chairs, strollers, beach umbrellas and full size air beds for rent for $40 per stay

We had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous townhouse just a 3-minute walk from the beach. The condo was fully equipped with everything we needed for our week-long visit—a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and spotlessly clean, stylish living spaces. The back porch was an absolute sanctuary this time of year, with beautiful cooler temperatures and lush plants and vegetation that made it the perfect spot to relax. The property managers were excellent communicators and made the entire experience seamless. Highly recommend!

Five Stars All Around

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this townhouse and felt right at home from day one. The property is extremely well equipped—everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay is provided. I stayed for a full month and truly couldn't have asked for a better experience. The location is amazing, making it easy to enjoy everything Deerfield Beach has to offer. I honestly have nothing negative to say about the property. I highly recommend renting this home, and working with By the Sea was an absolute pleasure from start to finish.

VACATION IN JULY!

ABSOLUTELY GREAT STAY AGAIN!We brought our family and despite the tiring temperature outside the relief inside the townhome was great. It is clean and beautiful as always. Kitchen is just great.I highly recommend this place, so close to the beach and beautiful surroundings,restaurants, etc.We definetly would like to go there again!

Wonderful holiday place

Villa Ola is a cosy villa located on a quiet estate, just minutes from the ocean and a beautiful beach guaranteeing relaxation and rest. The house is well equipped with everything you need during your holiday. It also gives you the opportunity to relax in the cosy patio and by the pool. We spent a wonderful family time there and recommend it to everyone.

This townhouse is a great place to relax and recharge. The backyard is a paradise to enjoy morning coffee. The beach is only 4 minutes walking distance. All beach gear is provided. Home is well equipment with all amenities. Close to local restaurants. Highly recommended for shorter or longer stays.

The home was as described, within 4 minutes walking distance to the beach. Very clean, well organized, with a tropical back yard. The pool was heated and very private. Home is located in a quite, serene neighborhood. We enjoyed walking to local bars and restaurants. Publix was within a 5 minute drive for quick grocery shopping.

Deerfield Beach townhouse

Very clean. Good location with an easy walk to the beach and the town center. Nice little outdoor area and the pool was clean. We really enjoyed the little touches. We went a couple of weeks before Christmas and were pleasantly surprised to find a tree and a few holiday decorations. The kitchen was so well equipped I could have prepared and hosted a seven course dinner. I would definitely stay there again.

Hi ! We were staying in Villa Ola one week in July. We had really great time. The location is super 🤩. Just 5 min relaxing walk to the beach. For the evening there is beautiful beachwalk leading to many restaurants, like 10-15 min walk. Villa is beautiful, very clean with wonderful patio. Thank you for absolutely great time in your home at the beach. ♥️Management was very responsive amd caring. Thank you again😍

Everything was perfect except for one minus…

I want to share my experience of staying at Villa Ola. Everything was perfect except for one minus, which I will mention at the end. I will start with the location, Villa Ola is perfectly located 4 minutes from the ocean 🌊 Also very close to Maimi and other attractive cities in Florida. In Deerfield you can find a lot of cool places and restaurants! Thanks to the bikes, which were available throughout the vacation, we could admire the local views. The next thing worth mentioning is the equipment of Villa Ola. Believe me, my husband and I travel a lot and we have never had so much kitchen equipment. (To be honest, I don't even have some things at home 😅). We really like cooking, so it was quite important for us. A good advantage is the terrace with a grill, where you can eat all the cooked deliciousness. The same is all the beach equipment (sunbeds, umbrella, chairs, towels, etc.). The cleanliness of this Villa is equally important, everything was washed, clean and fragrant. Mrs. Natalia (manager) was very nice and willing to help, for which we are very grateful! In my opinion, this is an ideal place for two people as well as for the whole family. Oh and of course about that one minus… is that we were there only for one week and that is too short to enjoy our stay at Villa Ola! We will definitely come back and we recommend it warmly!!! You will not regret your choice.

Great Location

This Villa was very nice. The villa was very clean and provided everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The location was great, just a 2 minute walk to the beach and quick ride to restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.
