The Space:

Launch one of the three kayaks from your private dock, swim in the canal, spend afternoons by the pool, and gather outdoors as the sun sets over the water. When you're ready to explore, Grace Bay Beach is just an 8-minute drive away.



The villa is split between a spacious main house and a separate guest house, giving your group plenty of room to spread out while staying together.

Prepare meals in the well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and breakfast bar, then slide open the louvered mahogany doors to let the canal breeze flow inside. Share dinner around the outdoor table with seating for 10 before settling into the outdoor living area for an evening by the water.



OUTDOOR FEATURES

The waterfront is the centerpiece of the property. Walk from the pool deck to your private dock for a morning paddle, cool off with a swim in the calm canal, or relax on the sun loungers between adventures. Fire up the BBQ for dinner, gather around the fire pit after sunset, and enjoy the privacy of this gated property with parking for four vehicles.



The villa includes Wi-Fi, a SMART TV, washer, dryer, and security system for a comfortable stay. Hotel-quality housekeeping services and an on-site Villa Manager are included throughout your visit. Butler and private chef services can also be arranged for an additional fee with advance notice.

Getting Around:

The property is approximately 17 km from the Providenciales International Airport (PLS). A rental car is recommended, and there is parking space at the property.



Other Things to Note:

- Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am

- Guests must notify the team in advance and obtain approval for any planned decorations prior to their arrival.

- The cost of electricity in the Turks and Caicos Islands has always been significantly higher than in many other destinations. Recent global increases in fuel prices have driven these costs to an unprecedented level. We kindly ask all guests to be mindful of their energy consumption, particularly when using the air conditioning (AC). If the AC is operating, please ensure that all doors and windows remain fully closed.

- The owner of your vacation rental will cover up to USD 60.00 per day in electricity usage. On the final day of your stay, the electricity meter will be read, and any consumption exceeding this daily allowance will be charged to the card on file at a rate of USD 0.60 per kWh. For accuracy, a photo of the meter will be taken on the day of your arrival and again on your departure to confirm total usage

Please note at the end of your arrangements, the premises should be left in the same condition in which they were found. In case of loss, or damage, added costs will apply.



Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival.



Turks and Caicos is going through a decrease in the water supply. This means that the water pressure can sometimes be affected when the reservoir levels are low. Water shortages can happen throughout the day.



HOUSE RULES

- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.

- Smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) or using any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $800 penalty.

- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.

- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.

- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.

- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay.

- Please avoid moving furniture.

- Pets are not allowed.



Interaction with Guests:

Please advise us of your estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior. Upon arrival at the villa, the local management team will greet you, show you around the property, and provide you with wonderful local tips and suggestions to get your vacation off to a fantastic start.
