TC Villas -Allegria -Beachfront Luxury in Emerald Point, the Malibu of TCI

As of August 20, 2025, construction commenced on a nearby lot approximately 100 ft from the villa. We have been informed that the project is expected to wrap up around August 2026, although we cannot guarantee this timeline as we are not affiliated with the contractor. Construction has generally taken place Monday–Friday (full day) and Saturday (until noon), with no Sunday work planned, though schedules may change without notice. Because we do not control the project, we cannot accurately predict the level of noise at any given time.

That said, we've hosted **37 families** since construction began and have not received any negative feedback related to the construction. To account for the possibility of occasional disruption, a discount has already been reflected in the current rental rates.

Whether you're traveling with family or groups of friends, Villa Allegria is purposely equipped with amenities that call for spending time together and creating treasured memories. Table tennis, foosball, board games, kayaks, a BBQ grill, and a "Teen's Cave," among other unique spaces, delight the young. Set directly across from the villa, Mangrove Cay is home to some of the most beautiful flora & fauna in the country, so make sure to hop on your kayaks and discover Provo's exotic wildlife: birds, lemon sharks, sting rays, and the only rock iguanas in the world!

Just past the cozy outdoor living area with a private (saltwater) pool, a fire pit, and comfortable seating lies a picture-perfect strip of Grace Bay Beach that you may call your own. Repose and dilute your worries on this award-winning beach, where you can enjoy long walks along its 12 miles, float in the shallow waters, and partake in some of the many adventures nearby tour operators offer. The villa is equipped with everything you need for a luxurious & restful week. Nevertheless, within a short drive away, you'll find the famous Provo Golf Club, bars & restaurants, Bird Rock Trail, convenience stores, motorized rentals, the Blue Haven Marina, and more. The latter houses most of the island's private boat charters and sunset cruises, which offer an extensive repertoire of fun things to do -you can even be picked up for a private tour right off the beach!

• Bedroom 1: King, beach & ocean views, en-suite bathroom with shower and separate soaking tub, T.V.
• Bedroom 2: King, ocean views, walk out to the balcony, en-suite bathroom, T.V.
• Bedroom 3: Queen, en-suite bathroom, garden views.
• Bedroom 4: King, beach-level bedroom, beach/ocean views, en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 5: 2 twins or king bed (extra day bed available), en-suite bathroom on beach and garden level.
• Bedroom 6: Queen, en-suite bathroom, garden views.


**Payment Terms:

At the time of booking, Vrbo collects only its service fee, which is separate from the rental payment.

After booking, we will contact you directly with payment instructions to complete your reservation. A 20% deposit is required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due 90 days prior to arrival (or at the time of booking if within 90 days).

Please note: We do not accept credit cards for the full rental amount.



Notes:

• Electricity is metered to discourage A/C use with open doors and windows. Guests are given an allotment of $300 per week for A/C.  If that amount is exceeded, guests pay at a cost per kilowatt usage.

• There is an optional pool heater for $900 p/week + tax.
