Three day supply of essentials provided. There is no TV or stove.

Walk right outside the house to the secluded beach. Willows beach, Oak Bay Marina, Oak Bay Village, Oak Bay High School , Glenlyon Junior school, Victoria Golf Club, all 5 minute walk away.
Uvic, Camosun College, Royal Jubilee Hospital, Uplands Golf Course all a 10 minute drive.
Bus stop is one block away, taking you to anywhere quickly. Groceries, banks, Starbucks, Penny Farthing Pub, Liquor store, etc., all just a stroll up one block to Oak Bay Avenue.
Rent kayaks or paddle boards right at the marina down the road, or go on a day trip out on the ocean to salmon or halibut fish.
Inner harbour and downtown Victoria is less then a 15 minute drive. There you will find the famous Empress Hotel, Fishermens Wharf, Museum, Beacon Hill Park with the peacocks roaming freely, whale watching and hundreds of restaurants and gift shops.
We live upstairs. Because this is a 1939 heritage home, it is not completely soundproof and you will hear the floors squeak as we walk, but we try our best to be quiet and respectful. Guests have not had concerns with this. Tall people will need to lower their head in 2 different areas where the beams are in the suite. The location will be sure to please anyone arriving, as this is the most popular place to be in Oak Bay. However, because we are on a beautiful tourist road, the traffic can be busy during the day from people enjoying the ocean view drive and daily living.
We share this area with the eagles, deer, raccoons, otters, seals, herons, owls and ducks. Come enjoy yourself in this cozy, clean and safe Oak Bay home, where there is nothing quite like the fresh smell of ocean air right outside your door.
