Fantastic property, 2 minutes from the beach. Perfect for staying in the Palm Beach area. The entire interior is spacious and exactly as on the photos. The Kitchen is well equipped wit nothing missing. Great to have a small mini gym with a bike and weights. Also, a nice surprise are the beach cruiser bikes, snorkel equipment, sand toys and beach chairs. This house is amazing!

This is a beautiful well maintained and spacious home in an excellent neighborhood. Photos of the property do not give it justice as nice as these are. Casiola management was immediately responsive to a couple of minor issues. I would highly recommend this property

Fantastic House!!We are three couples that rent a house in Aruba each February. This was easily the best house we've stayed.The place was very clean with a beautiful kitchen that was well stocked. Bedrooms were all as shown and the beds were very comfortable. Outside area is star of the show though. We spent more time there than at the beach. Cornhole boards were pleasant surprise.Mike B

This house was perfect for the 7 of us. The outside area is great for a pool day or a drink after dinner. The kitchen was great and we were a short taxi away from everything! Casiola management was easy to communicate with and very quick to resolve any problems. Would definitely stay again!

Don't skip this beautiful home

We loved our stay in this home! it was close enough to the palm Beach strip and the tip of the island where the lighthouse is. We felt safe and comfortable the whole time and slept amazing as well. I truly hope we get the chance to visit this home again one day! We will cherish the memories we made in this home with our daughters and neice!

The house and location was amazing!!!!. Noord is quiet and family friendly. House was clean and pool was a game changer -great for the kids and we even made a few pool baby iguana rescues. Would definitely return. Amazing BBQ grill!Great to see smoke alarms, CO alarm, emergency contact, emergency plan posted and fire extinguishers.Room for improvement, better towels, newer beach chairs and umbrellas. A few more family oriented items for kids (pool toys) would be great and more inclusive starter kitchen pack for cooking. Kitchen appliances need some repairs: dishwasher door and stove lighter. Front bedroom toilet needs repair (valve leaks and makes noise concisely refilling)

The house was almost exactly as described and pictured. The space was great for our extended family and we used the indoor and outdoor space to enjoy time together. The Kitchen is large and supports group cooking - something we love to do. It has lots of storage space for groceries and lots of counterspace. The cookware and dishes and glassware was great for us but they could have used a few more cooking utensils (e.g. there wasn't a spatula that works on teflon pans). The pool area was beautiful and had lots of dining and seating space. We also enjoyed the beach toys uncluding chairs and fins and snorkeling masks.The furnishings were as pictured. The beds were very comfortable but it would be nice if there was at least 1 more king sized bed.We had repeated problems with the dryer and had to call for help at least twice. Even on our last day, it would stop unexpectedly. We also had a problem with the ceiling fan in a bedroom. The comforters in the bedrooms need to be laundered although the covering sheets were clean. Casiola was very responsive to our issues and questions. In fact, service people would show up within minutes of me submitting a question or concern on the VRBO site. It took a couple of visits to completely fix the ceiling fan and the clothes dryer continued to cause problems even though repair people were there at least twice.
