WELCOME TO OUR VACATION HOME
Across the open floor plan, you can find a dining nook for homecooked meals or takeout from any of the excellent local restaurants. We also have a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals. Visit the local "Blue Marlin" for all your groceries. There are also local markets where you can get what you need for a nice seafood dinner.
The master bedroom has beautiful natural lighting that shines throughout the room, which has balcony access. It has a King-sized bed for the perfect night of sleep after a long day on the beach.
The second bedroom features 2 Full Beds. It's the perfect room for extra guests or the kids. There is also a guest bath for other visitors.

If paying by credit card, the Primary Renter must present a credit card that matches their name upon check-in. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.
Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.
- This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
- The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
- Full access to this property requires the use of stairs.
