Awesome and extremely convenient surroundings. We're situated on Bourke St at City Point Apartments just off the corner of Bourke & Spencer opposite the Southern Cross train station with access to everything all under the one roof.
Enjoy the convenience of Woolworths Express, over 40 retail stores and cafes, with direct access to Marvel Stadium, Melbourne's Docklands precinct, the CBD and Spencer Outlet Centre.
There are tons of things to do in the city itself which are mostly a quick stroll away.
I've included most of my favourite places and more in my extensive "Local Recommendations Guidebook" on this listings page, so please feel free to check em' out for awesome things to do and eat in the CBD area.
Getting Around:
Needless to say, surrounded by trams, cabs, buses and situated round the corner from Southern Cross station, getting around is not going to be a problem at all.
Hop on board the Skybus which provides a quick, convenient and cost effective way to get to and from the airport.
Access to the Overland rail service TrainLink XPT.
Coach services to Melbourne Airport and Avalon Airport, as well as regional Victorian and interstate destinations.
Europcar, Budget and Avis rental car depots are just round the corner at the Southern Cross station, so picking up and dropping off a rental car is super easy!
There is also a tram stop right outside on Bourke St.
Most importantly, all trams within the city grid are FREE. Just look out for the "FREE tram zone" signs.
If you drive, we have secured 1 FREE parking for you.
Other Things to Note:
A representative will be assigned to check you in in person.
Please be sure to notify us of your arrival times so that we can hand the key to you personally.
This pad accommodates 6 adults generously but a max of 8 overnight. Any more than 6 adult guests overnight will attract an extra AU$29 per night, per additional guest.
The sleeping arrangement for the 7th and 8th adult would be on a 3-seater sofa bed which folds out to a double.
