Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the entire apartment for the duration of your stay, along with the building’s shared facilities. The entry is step-free, making arrival with luggage easy, and the front entrance is secure with a swipe-card access gate for added peace of mind.



Once inside, you’ll be right in the heart of the CBD—yet pleasantly tucked away from the busiest main roads. Step out into Melbourne Central’s back streets and you’ll discover a calmer side of the city: leafy, garden-like pockets, quieter laneways, and the kind of hidden cafés and small local spots that make Melbourne feel like Melbourne.



Other Things to Note:

Please help us take care of the home and keep things comfortable for everyone in the building:



No loud music or speaker use at night. Please be mindful of neighbours, especially during quiet hours.



Please don’t use towels to remove makeup. Use makeup wipes/cotton pads instead to avoid staining.



Living Room Sofa Bed:

The living room sofa is normally set up for seating, and we kindly ask that it is returned to the standard sofa setup during the day.



Setup Requests: If you would like us to pre-arrange and set it up as a bed before your arrival, please let us know in advance. Pillows and quilt for the sofa bed are provided in the property cabinets.

Fresh Linens: If you require a completely fresh set of extra pillowcases and quilt covers, please contact us ahead of time to check availability and pricing.



Treat the apartment with care. Any damage or excessive mess may result in additional cleaning or repair charges.



Interaction with Guests:

Check-in is fully self-service and contact-free. You’ll collect the key/fob from a secure locker located in the 24-hour shop next door downstairs, so you can arrive at any time that suits you.
