This property is a pet-friendly unit, and while it is thoroughly cleaned between every guest stay, it does frequently accommodate dogs. We understand that guests can have varying sensitivities to pet-related odors, and we appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention so we can further evaluate the unit with our housekeeping team. We also appreciate your comments regarding kitchen supplies and the ice maker. Per company policy, we do not provide food items or consumable pantry products such as coffee, salt, pepper, or spices. We understand this can differ from other vacation rental experiences and apologize for any inconvenience during your short stay. The ice maker being turned off between guests is part of our standard turnover process, but we understand it may have been frustrating upon arrival.
