Perfect paradise home

We loved our stay from start to finish. The home is perfectly appointed, well designed with smart layout and amenities. The kitchen was particularly great, allowing us to dine in with friends a few times. Location is outstanding. Pool was not heated and we were there in late March, so the kids just had to bike up the street to the Sea Pines pool - not an issue since bikes are provided! Will stay there again for sure.

Friends Spring Break

We had 2 families. 4 adults and 7 young adults/teens. The condo is beautifully decorated and had plenty of space for everyone. Loved the private balconies!! Sea Pines is beautiful! We loved riding the bikes over to the lighthouse. Fantastic vacation!! Highly recommend!!

Perfect Family vacation location

We had a wonderful stay at Harbor south. The home was beautiful and a perfect arrangement for adult children. The location is perfectly walkable and the bikes were perfect for morning rides to feed the horses! The home is well stocked and we enjoyed the games and puzzles provided. Perfect location

Great location in Sea Pines, love that it had 4 full bathrooms which worked out really well for our two families. Only room for two cars at the house but there is parking down the street.

Wedding Rental

We rented this for our wedding weekend in Sea Pines. The location was awesome and convenient. We weren't sure how far the beach was from the house but the people was really close by. Overall great experience!

Perfect place- perfect location!

We loved our trip for Christmas here. We had room for the eight of us to open presents, eat together, and play board games. The free bikes were such a blessing as well. We will rent this one again! Please note- it is a bit difficult to find.

Family trip

We had a great time staying in the townhouse close to Harbor Town. The house had plenty of room for all 10 of our family. Loved the pool and we were able to walk to Harbor Town. We had an issue with the air conditioning and they were quick to solve it that day. We will be back there again for sure.

Loved our stay!

We had a wonderful family vacation and loved our stay at this house! It had everything we needed and we really enjoyed the layout of the house. The check in process was smooth and the kids loved the easy access to the pool. The house was a perfect size for a party of 12. When a tropical storm came through and we lost power, the resort staff responded quickly to restore power and clean up the area! All the staff in Sea Pines were friendly and very helpful!

Everything was good except we had roaches in the living room and kitchen. We did notify them right away and they sent an exterminator the next morning. We were told the manager would be calling us the next morning and did not. Other then that the rest of the place was nice

Lovely location and property

We were a group of kids and adults, ranging from 2.5 to early 40s. This condo was well-appointed, clean and in a fantastic location. We loved using the included bikes! You’re walking distance to Harbour town, pickle ball courts (free after 5 pm), an awesome playground and gorgeous sunsets (right across the street!). Beds were comfy and none of the furniture seemed worn out. Only complaints: 2 out of 4 showers had cold or scalding water, bothering in between. Also none of the electrical outlets in the primary suite bathroom worked.

Roaches and Shower Issues

The roaches in the kitchen were very disappointing. We had to clean every dish we used before using. And some needed to be cleaned even if there wasn't a roach infestation.The main shower in the master would only drain when the fan was on in bathroom. The second ensuite bathroom shower would only either be too cold or too hot.Overall, the location was subpar due to construction noises on the roadside and pool noise on the other. It was very obvious the windows were old and did not allow any outside noise to go unheard.We would not return to this property but will return to the resort. It was very family friendly minus the shark bite that took place while we were there.

I"m sorry that you were disappointed in your stay at this Harbour Town townhouse. This property does receive pest control on a monthly basis. I don't show that you contacted our company about the pest control issues or the shower situation as we would have sent someone out to address the issues. Regarding the road construction I do show that we sent you an email after you booked regarding the project so that you could be aware prior to your arrival. Your email regarding your stay has been forwarded to the property managers of this property so that the issues in the townhouse can be addressed. The Vacation Company

Great stay

The property was very nice and seemed to have been recently remodeled. The teens enjoyed having the downstairs living area to themselves. The kitchen appliances were very nice but the cookware and utensils were somewhat inconsistent (there was a garlic press but not a colander). There is only room to park two cars and that’s assuming you can put one in the small garage so we had to park the third car outside of Sea Pines but the property managers were very helpful and let us park at their office. The kitchen and main area is on the second floor and the master bedroom is on the third floor so you will get a workout on the stairs, especially on move-in and move-out days. The pool was nice and we often had it to ourselves. It’s an easy walk to Harbour Town which is nice. The mattresses had a plastic cover on them, which I understand, but that made them somewhat uncomfortable and a little itchy. If you are sensitive to such things it may bother you, we didn't remove them as the homeowners obviously wanted them used. Surely there are higher quality covers on the market. We had a great time, enjoyed the property and would stay here again. If it just had better mattress covers, a two car garage, an elevator, a colander and an ocean view it would be perfect.

It worked!

Our family stayed there for a family wedding. It was perfect! We were mainly just sleeping there. The welcome party was at the Harbour club and it was so nice to be able to walk. It was very convenient for all of our weekend activities. Our only complaints were that there were no instructions for the TV and it was NCAA basketball weekend and we could not figure out the TV! We are older and technologically challenged! Also there were not pots and pans for cooking for a larger group.

This was a great experience for our first time in Hilton Head. The house was clean and welcoming. Our only issue was that the kitchen wasn’t stocked enough to have the two families. The shower was very hard to regulate a temperature and it took a long time to get the right temp before a shower. We did have drainage issues in the upstairs shower and called. Someone came immediately. The dryer does not work well and it took several cycles to dry towels which was a very big issue daily. We want to let you know the downfalls to this rental as well as how it well it was. Thank you
