Newly renovated and released to the vacation rental market in December 2023, this sophisticated retreat combines high end finishes with a calm, coastal feel and beautiful views over the Caribbean Sea from your private balcony.

Set over two levels, the condo features an open-plan living area and kitchen on the main entry floor, with two upstairs king bedrooms, each offering an ensuite bathroom with a shower and access via an internal staircase.

BEACH & WATER ACCESS

Grape Tree sits along the southern stretch of Seven Mile Beach, with direct access to a shoreline that blends coral rock and sand in a more natural, reef friendly setting. This area is excellent for snorkelling, with clear water and plenty of marine life around the nearby shallow water wreck and reef. Underfoot you can expect a mix of sand and coral, and entry to deeper water is often from slightly rockier sections rather than a long, flat sandbar, so water shoes are recommended for comfort.

For classic, softer sandy swimming and longer beach walks, guests can easily reach other sections of Seven Mile Beach a short walk or drive away. • Coconut Joe’s – Laid back open air spot for burgers, local dishes, and cocktails on West Bay Road, roughly 15–20 minutes on foot depending on pace.

• Peppers Bar & Grill – Popular for jerk chicken, BBQ, and grilled meats with a lively bar scene; about a 15–20 minute walk.

• Thai Orchid – Long standing favorite for Thai cuisine and sushi in a relaxed setting, around 15–20 minutes’ walk.

• Southern Spice – Indian restaurant with curries, tandoori dishes, and vegetarian options, also roughly 15–20 minutes away on foot.

• The Kitchen – Casual choice for hearty breakfasts, comfort food, and easy takeaway, walkable in about 15–20 minutes.

Foster's and Kirk Market supermarkets are short drives away and offer all the necessary food and supplies as well as a large array of international food.

Supermarkets are closed on Sundays in Cayman, though most restaurants and gas stations remain open, and some gas stations sell liquor on Sundays. Grocery items can also be pre-ordered and delivered before arrival.

TRANSPORTATION

• A rental car is highly recommended for this area so guests can easily explore Grand Cayman at their own pace.

• Many guests book directly with trusted local providers such as Marshall’s Rent-A-Car, Andy's Rent-A-Car, or compare options through Kayak.

• Public transportation available close bye, however having a car offers the greatest convenience and flexibility.

Overall, very nice. Good local pretty beach. Close to snorkel wreck Gamma grand. High end appliances. However, perhaps a bit pricey. Air conditioner unable to cool bedrooms throughout the night. Also, strong smell of refuse everyday of our stay surrounding property. Was a last minute booking and owner and management very accommodating!

After your stay, we discovered that the AC vents had been partially closed by previous guests, but we promptly serviced the unit and have it on a scheduled maintenance plan to ensure optimal performance. Regarding the odour, it occasionally drifts from the main disposal site on the island. Thankfully, it's a rare occurrence, and we’re committed to ensuring our guests have a comfortable and pleasant experience. Wonderful time at the Grape Tree but new Master Bed Mattress Needed.

We really enjoyed our time at the condo. The unit has been nicely updated with new, high-end appliances and finishes. The 2 story, 2bdrm, 2bath layout accommodated our family of 4 perfectly. The unit has a nice ocean view and is a very short walk to the beach. The only downside to the condo was that the master bed mattress and bedding needs to be updated. Despite the high-end appliances and other nice finishes, the mattress was old and lumpy and the sheets were dated. My husband and I were happy to head home to our own bed after 5 nights on an uncomfortable bed. Everything else was great and the price was perfect for the location and view.
