LIVING SPACE - Nearly 3000 sq ft with an open concept living room, ceiling fans, dining table, wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath. Entry level master bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, ceiling fan, deck access, and private bath with soaking tub. Downstairs master bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV, ceiling fan, lower-level deck access, and private bath. Downstairs third bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV, ceiling fan, and desk workspace. Downstairs fourth bedroom has 2 queen beds and smart TV.

KITCHEN - Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, kitchen island with bar seating, stove with oven, refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TVs with streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and a family gaming space complete with an arcade game, chess, backgammon table, poker table, and wet bar. Laundry room with side-by-side washer/dryer available.
