The Home- Fully remodeled 2,340 square feet magnolia modern style home. Four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Located on an end street. Wonderful entertaining spaces inside and out! Wood burning pizza stove, outside sauna, spa, and turf yard to enjoy those beautiful mountain days & nights. Home is heated by radiant flooring.

One bedroom downstairs. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

Bedroom 1(main level)- Includes a king bed, 50” smart TV, closet and dresser.

Bedroom 2- Queen bed, twin bunk bed, 42” smart TV, travel crib (fitted sheet provided), dresser and garment rack.

Bedroom 3- Two full beds, 50” smart TV, dresser and garment rack.

Bedroom 4- Full bed, 42” smart Tv, dresser, and garment rack.

Two bathrooms are located upstairs. One bathroom is located on the main level.

We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cotton rounds, q tips, and floss picks. We do provide limited hand towels and wash cloths. 10 bath towels are provided(Not for lake use, please bring extra for lake.)

Kitchen- Bright and open kitchen. Perfect for entertaining with a large island. Full-sized stainless-steel fridge with filtered water and ice maker. Gas range, double oven, microwave and dishwasher to help you create wonderful meals. If you prefer take-out no worries! Fully stocked with all utensils, dishware, and cookware. A starter pack of paper towels, and trash bags are provided. Along with dish soap, coffee grounds, and sugar.

Dining- Located in view of kitchen, seating for 6 at dining table.

Living room- Oversized sofa, 2 armchairs, 65” smart tv for all your streaming needs. Gas fireplace, shuffleboard, direct access to back patio.

Fireplace- Gas fireplace

Den- Located just off the dining room & kitchen. 55” smart tv, Along with poker table.

Laundry- Full sized HE washer and dryer.

Yard- Relax in the large outdoor space! With a yard like this, you’ll never want to leave. Large Trex deck. 6-person spa, 6-person sauna, artificial grass, natural gas fire pit, 45” tv with ROKU, and dining table for 6. Cushions provided in deck box, along with yard size connect four game.

Outdoor cooking- Natural gas grill and wood pizza oven!

Parking- Paved flat parking for 4 vehicles only. (no garage access)

A vehicle is recommended. Free Mountain transit via Free trolley can be accessed about .25 miles from the home.
Occupancy (10 including children & infants) and car limit (4) are set by the city. They will enforce these. If found to have more than we are licensed for, you may be fined, and evicted with no refund. So please adhere to these limitations.

Keypad code- City of Big Bear Lake requires their Good Neighbor Policy to be signed prior to gaining access to the home. The person booking the home MUST sign, no exceptions. Declining to sign will result in no access to the home, & cancellation of reservation with no refund. GNP can be found in our listing along with the break down of our agreement. Agreement is sent in a link for virtual signature in welcome message.

Code will be sent day of check in. Once the home is ready or at 4pm, whichever is first.

Animals- This home does not allow any type of animal. This includes service animals and emotional support animals. The owners are allergic and cannot have even hypoallergenic animals. Please do not ask as there are no exceptions to this rule. Please respect the owners and their health by selecting an animal friendly home. If you would like help seeing our animal friendly homes, send us a message, or view our available homes. Most of our homes have “Pet Friendly” in the title.

Cleaning Fee- nonnegotiable. This covers clean linens, cleaning of bathrooms, kitchen, floors, basic balancing of spa chemicals, and basic care of the home. This does not cover left trash, excessive messes, cleaning dirty dishes, or if the spa requires a drain and fill after your stay. The home has deeper clean items that happen 2-3x a year.

Early check in- No guarantees will be made. Do not show up to the home until given the code. This rushes the cleaners and tends to assure something is missed.

Late check out- No guarantees. This is based entirely on the cleaning team’s route. It is only granted night before checking out. If you’d like to guarantee checking out later, book another night. This allows you to stay a whole night or leave at any point during your reservation time. Please note, we do charge if you delay the cleaning teams by not vacating the entire property, not just the home. The cleaners will not knock to let you know they are there. Please be respectful of their time and any guest checking into the home after you.

Snow Removal- We have a snowplow on call during winter. Please be patient as they are on their own route. Our plows come out after a storm when 4+ inches fall. We do our best to shovel the entry to the home. Decks are not guaranteed to be shoveled. Shovel is provided in the home for your convenience.

Spa is maintained after each and every guest. We drain, clean, and refill the spa every other month to maintain the integrity of the water. General best practices. Do not use any additives. Rinse off prior to entering. Make sure no bodily fluid is eliminated while using spa. Keep cover closed when not physically in the spa. If spa is abused or becomes green, murky, slimy during your stay. We charge $150 to drain, clean and refill the spa due to misuse.

The home does have 3 cameras that are checked periodically to ensure occupancy and car limits are adhered to. The cameras view the driveway, yard and entrance to the home.

If traveling in winter, we highly suggest purchasing trip insurance! We have a strict cancellation policy and will stand by it. Winter months can be challenging with snow, ice, road closures, and other things. Cover yourself by purchasing the trip insurance.

No refund will be made for cancellation due to weather, road conditions, acts of nature, mechanical failures, electrical failures or malfunctions with spas, TVs or other equipment, or for sighting of insects, rodents, or other animals. No refunds will be made for circumstances beyond the Homeowner’s control. Rescheduling is allowed if all roads have been closed into the area for 24 hours of check in time. Chains are often required and should be always carried. They may be needed to get in or out of Big Bear or your rental.

If all house rules are followed, then no extra charges will occur! Ultimately be respectful.

Awesome location great amenities would stay again!
Instructions were clear, fully stocked kitchen, and all the amenities provided. Floors were a bit dirty and the spa was unusable for the first day because it took 8 hours to heat up. Wish this was pointed out so we knew in advance. Overall a lovely home perfect for 10 guests, quiet neighborhood and lots to do! Would definitely stay again thanks!
