Es gibt Gas BBQ in der Trex-Terrasse und einen Pavillon zum Entspannen beim Kochen. Great Location/Quiet

The property is perfect for a large group and has amenities for both adults and children. We enjoyed the pool table and living room. The young adults used the jacuzzi. Very close to the slopes and restaurants. We would go back!

All the towels were stained and dirty, we had no toilet paper shampoo or conditioner or body wash provided even though it’s listed in the amenities. I got cussed out and called a b word for asking for toilet paper to be provided. 2 of the room AC units didn’t work at all, the outlets and light in the master bedroom didn’t work at all and couldn’t charge my phone overnight. The water heater gave us hot water for 7 minutes and 43 seconds then went cold. I did time it. Very terrible and disappointing stay here. We also had no WiFi for the entire trip though it’s spectrums fault, there are other solutions. I was not provided solutions to most of these complaints and mostly ignored with towels, toilet paper being provided and nothing else being done. Overall terrible stay in a terrible house. Good thing there was good company.

Weekend get away

The cabin was very spacious but not very clean specially the hot tub. Needs some updating. Kids enjoyed play room. And the outside swing set. Did find some cockroaches in the kitchen. Don't think we will be staying here again.

Great location, perfect for a group

We only spent one night here, but it was the perfect place to unwind after a long day of skiing at Snow Summit. The check in and check out processes were super easy, and we felt like we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Nice location and warmly cabin

The cabin located at the center so it’s very easy to get to the big bear village, snow summit and lots of restaurants nearby! Good for large group and even a family! However it would be great if some cleaning could be improved.

It was ok

Definitely no baby safe, there was trash left in the dresser drawers, there was trash left in the backyard, the blankets on the bunk beds were not clean and the beds were very uncomfortable. Definitely won’t be staying here again. Also the house has a smell right as you walk in I had to open up the house to get the smell out. (Smell of cheap cleaner)

Dear Angelica, Thank you for taking the time to post your review. We take note of your reviews and we discussed wtih the cleaners regarding the issue iof trash in the drawers ncluding the backyard. As for the smell, it is usually coming from the smoke of the fireplace that lingers and we use Lysol as the disinfectant.

Great place for families with teens!

June Rental

The rental is located in a prime location. Walking distance to downtown and accessible to nearby shopping and eateries. The rental itself is great for a large group. There was plenty of sleeping space and activities to do within the rental. Our only concern was the cleaniness of the rental. There was dust everywhere (example: room fans, ceiling fans) and common spaces were not clean. The rental is in need of deep cleaning, especially with the COVID-19 pandemic. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the host was always responsive for any instructions and needs.

Big Bear Lake Day

We came to Big Bear to have a spontaneous siblings/significant others weekend, and we totally lucked out with finding this property. The house was spacious, and had TONS of activities, which was important because of everything still being closed due to Covid. Cesar was an awesome host, and was so accommodating with our timeline. We arrived about 5 hours early, and because he had no previous booking for the night before, he let us check in early free of charge. I would highly recommend this property, and we will most certainly be heading back on future Big Bear trips!

Best house so far in Big Bear

First people to stay in the house with the new addition of the pool room. Huge driveway to fit lots of cars and also a big garage. Close access to Main Street. You can walk to town since it’s only 1 mile away roughly. Some things inside the house could be updated but overall it wasn’t anything that created a problem with our stay. Great place!

Prime location

More than anything else, I've loved their location. What comes to next is the spacious parking and back yard. If you've got multiple vehicles and people sharing rooms aren't any issues, I'd recommend this place.

Spacious cabin with great amenities

I stayed here with a group of friends for one night to celebrate a birthday. There was plenty of room between the beds, bunks and couches, the the cabin is excellently maintained. We encountered a few issues upon arriving (fridge was not working as they’d recently done maintenance, and the Hot tub key was missing), but Cesar was prompt to resolve the issue when we contacted him. The location is easy to access and close to the Lake and nearby restaurants. The kitchen was pretty well stocked with pots and pans for us to cook breakfast in the morning. We only wish we could have had a later check out, or even stayed another day! One thing we did notice was that the heater in the upstairs is difficult to control- it was comfortable but almost too warm! If we were staying another night, I would have asked Cesar for assistance so that we didn’t get too toasty.

We have seen the great Wilderbeast migration which only happen in Serengiti Park. Love cooking too.

My family loves to go to Big Bear every year. My kids loves to Ski and snowboard during winter time. My family get together and enjoy the night playing cards and different games. Summertime, we have BBQ in the backyard, kids love to go Biking around the neighborhood also go boating around Big Bear Lake. Our cabin has a homey feel to it so it is a home away from home and we want our guests to have fun filled memories during their stay.

We choose this property cause it's close to Snow Summit, you have the option to walk or drop off your guests in the Summit area and park in the house, it is located in a flat terrain and easily accessible, Big Bear Lake Village is about 1.5 miles away and plenty of restaurants close by. Has a huge front and back yard that is totally fenced in its perimeter for families and friends to enjoy. There are huge pine trees lining the property . The recreation room and kitchen goes out directly to the back yard complete with deck and dining table . And there is a cabana for everyone to sit around and relax. For the children, there is swing set next to it to enjoy and play. A horse shoe game is also found in the back yard. A Jacuzzi is nestled in a more secluded portion of the yard for privacy. A Gas BBQ hooked directly to gas line is on the deck ready for BBQ . The living room has enough space for people to gather. The TV room is next to it separated by a huge Fireplace so some people can enjoy watching TV while still are able to interact with friends in the Living room. It flows directly to the recreation room where a pool table, foosball and chess table are available. A speaker is in the playroom that one can hook up your phone for music . The rec room goes out directly to the backyard. Internet is available and WIFI is free IF available , its availability can not be guaranteed and depending upon the carrier. what makes our place unique is that it has easy access, flat terrain, totally fenced, huge front and backyard with deck and cabana, lots of things and games that one can get entertained after a hike or ski or boating in the lake.
