Cables & wireless internet throughout the house. It’s remodeled with wood & tile floors, ceiling fans in all rooms and Includes plenty of free parking.

This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1800sqf house includes beds for 8 people plus a queen air mattress, which is very comfortable, so it can sleep a total of 10 people. House includes everything you need, smart TVs, which can be used with Netflix and all cables channels, Wi-Fi, washer & dryer and more. This house is also suitable for babies and it includes a highchair and a pack ’n Play/travel crib. The high ceilings and skylights make this a bright and inviting space. This house has a game room with a pool table and a game arcade. House also Includes a huge outside patio for sitting and enjoying the outdoors, Cornhole, BBQ and a hot-tub, under a covered patio with plenty of parking. I can assure you will love it!

The house is very close to shopping and dinning. Located 10 minutes drive from Lackland Air Force Base and Seaworld. 10 minutes drive to Downtown, Ingram Park shopping mall. 20 minutes drive to Airport, Fiesta Texas - Sixflags, Zoo, Major parks and the Botanical Gardens. Great location!

You can use the keypad entry to access the home and I will send you the access code upon arrival. - House is 100% non-smoking.
- Parties are NOT allowed! Sound sensors which are used to detect the intensity of sound, are installed in this home to prevent unauthorized events.
- Please, no loud music after 22:00.
- Highchair and Pack n Play are available upon request.
- Hot-Tub will not be heated prior to your arrival. If you wish to heat it up, you can do so when checking in. Please note it will take a few hours for the water to heat.
- We ARE pet friendly for up to two pets, but we need to know if you will be traveling with furry companions. We charge a $50 flat cleaning fee for the stay, to account for the additional time necessary to clean in these cases.
- During your stay, I can connect you with recommended high-quality professionals who provide in-home treatments such as massages, facial treatments or private dining with a private chef. Feel free to ask me about it.
