This newly remodeled Osterville home sits on a quiet side street, less than a half mile to Osterville Village and just about a mile to Dowses Beach. Bright, open, and welcoming, it offers all the space and comfort you need for your Cape Cod getaway.

Step inside to an open-concept main level with a gorgeous modern kitchen, large dining table, and a comfortable living room with plenty of seating and a flat-screen TV for streaming your favorite shows. Down the hall, the first ensuite bedroom features a king bed, walk-in dressing area, and spa-like bathroom with a serene shower. "We had a wonderful stay. The house is perfectly appointed, every detail went into making it comfortable and convenient. The downstairs is perfect for teenage kids to have their own space, leaving the adults with the entire upstairs. We love being able to walk into Osterville to go to Fancy’s or the amazing Farmer’s Market on Fridays. A longer walk to Amie Bakery means we could really enjoy those treats, guilt free! Overall just a wonderful experience. We definitely want to rent here again! Date of arrival - July 19, 2025

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
