This 4 bedroom 2 bath pet friendly home is located in the heart of Cotuit in a quiet neighborhood, close to the beach and the village.

As you enter the front hallway you will see the large dining room, this room will fit everyone in your party. Off of the dining room is the fully equipped kitchen, this kitchen has everything you need. There's even a breakfast bar to enjoy a quick meal before you head out to the beach!

Head down the hall to the 2 downstairs bedrooms. Both bedrooms are large, each room has a queen size bed. There's a remodeled bathroom with a large shower and stack-able washer dryer.

Upstairs you'll find 2 more bedrooms and a full bath with a tub/shower unit. The first bedroom has 2 twin beds, the second upstairs bedroom has 4 twin beds. There's a sleep sofa in the living room for guest overflow.

Beyond the kitchen is the living room, there's a large comfy couch, large TV and plenty of windows that bring in the natural light.

If you love sun rooms you're going to love the next room, this bright sun room is where you'll enjoy all your meals, play board games and enjoy a cold beverage on a warm summer night.

The backyard is awesome, there's a patio area, and an enclosed outside shower. There's even a dog pen for your furry friend.

Cotuit is a beautiful village, with old sea captains homes, and beaches that feel private but are opened to the public. If you want to play a round of golf, head over to Cotuit High Ground golf Course. If baseball your thing, catch a game at Lowell Park and watch the Cotuit Kettleers from the Cape Cod Baseball League.
Cotuit is centrally located, close to Mashpee where there is plenty of shopping and great restaurants, or head to Hyannis where you'll find museums, live shows, restaurants, shopping and the ferries to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. There's plenty to do and you'll fall in love with the tranquility of Cotuit.

This house comes with a landlord beach pass so you can enjoy all the beaches and lakes in the Town of Barnstable.

"Great location for family vacation. Enjoyed grilling and sitting by the campfire every night. Screened in porch was great for dinners. The separate basement apartment was great to have, especially with a dog. We will definitely rent again.

"We chose to stay in this beautiful Cape with our son, daughter-in-law and three year old grandchild. The house was perfect for us and the amenities were all functionning and appreciated. We loved the close proximity to the beach and enjoyed walking there. We cooked at home two nights and ate out two nights. This was the first trip away from home that our grandchild made as a "sleepover"- she was comfortable and very happy. We loved it and will consider making it a family tradition!

Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
