Hello Melody, Thank you for your feedback, and I'm glad to hear that you found the property renovations to your liking. I apologize if you felt communication fell short during your stay, and we genuinely appreciate the opportunity to address these concerns. We did reach out to Gullwing for updates on the amenities in response to your inquiries and were informed that they couldn’t guarantee the status of the pool or hot tub at that time. We did not want to provide any information that might turn out to be inaccurate. Regarding the mid-stay cleaning, I reviewed our communications thoroughly, but I couldn’t find a request from you for this service. If this was expected, I apologize for any misunderstanding, and we would be happy to accommodate such requests in the future. In terms of the construction, I understand that this was disruptive, and I'm sorry if the description did not meet expectations. We strive to be as clear as possible, and your feedback will certainly be used to improve how we communicate this to future guests. While the listing did reference ongoing construction, we would have gladly clarified if there were any concerns in advance. Lastly, I do want to note that after your stay, we did provide a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill, and we hope this helped in some way.
