If you'd like the pool heated, please contact us 48 hours before your arrival. There is an additional $200 fee.

This property is a duplex. The second floor is in the rental program, while the third floor is for the owner. The only shared space is the driveway, and you are welcome to use the garage space at 3122 for parking. The pool and spa are located on the ground level. The living quarters are located on the second level.
This is a 3 story home, but only the first two levels are available for guest use.
